- How to do a Full Moon Pole Tutorial - The full moon is a beautiful, fluid flight from the floor, thru a cup grip handspring and back to the floor on the other side of the pole. This tutorial will start with the basics of the half moon that although challenging, can be worked on for any level of poler. For those of you that have a solid cup grip handspring, we'll then progress thru the half moon to build for the full moon. This move is great as a low flow trick, no skin needed, or an entry to a more advanced and dynamic pole pass. Start on static pole and then if you are comfortable with the full moon it can be taken to the spinning pole.
Are you solid with your cup grip handspring? Need to improve your handspring or don't even know where to start? Take the guess work out of the progressions on how to work towards a solid and strong handspring in my online training workshop. 🌤Hi Sunshine, a great Tutorial with a lot of tips an tricks to the moves of the Moon both half and full. This one the pole is definitely your partner with all the twirls and flashey stuff at the end...
The pole makes a great dance partner 😋
I will work on just the foot and body placement for now. Once those connect in my mind I will try half moon. Ultimately with the full moon experience. Thank you Elizabeth

Would it not work with a regular grip Ayesha?? Thank you so much for your tutorials btw. I love all of them!!
Yes, but it changes the pathway. Not wrong, just a variation
Amazing! Is this ultra terrifying on spin pole?
If you're comfortable with spinning pole no but I would definitely recommend starting with static pole.
Great, but can you speak slowly? You speak very fast!
Yes, I do tend to talk very fast. Always trying to fit as much info into my videos as possible without them being too insanely long. I appreciate the feedback and will try to remember to slow down in the future.
@@Elizabeth_BFit That's funny b/c I put the speed on 1.5x cuz it wasn't fast enough for me lol. Different preferences for different people.
@@CallMeEccentric Lol so true!
