    I watch and study every tutorial very carefully . I just began to do the program for improving the vertical split .You are very good teacher Elizabeth!Thank you for the tutorials .

    Speaking of twisted, please do a tutorial of Twisted Ballerina? I struggle to get my arm to extend to my foot, as the pole spins much faster and I end up fighting the force :-(

      @@Elizabeth_BFit Thank you so much for your response, I'm from South Africa and I unfortunately do not have a pole. I attend pole classes at a studio. However once I do get a pole at home, I will sign up!
