Its highly irresponsible showing this in leggings and calling it anything but expert. I trained for 10 years and for non competition people who just like the sport, this is highly advanced.

@@mojeprice9654beginner is such a spectrum. im 2-3 months into pole and this is one of my beginner tricks (no gymnastics or sport training- only self training until starting pole). Also theyre sticky leggings which makes it easier. Calling it expert would be a far cry in my opinion.

Everyone please make sure to thoroughly warm up your body before attempting this.. I didn’t warm up enough and sprained my groin. Still by far my favorite trick though 🥲
