I’m not sure how many women watch your videos but as a young woman navigating life & working on being the best version of myself I just wanted to say thank you for putting this out there. This video has helped me regain faith in the young men of our society. There are so many women who want to support/encourage/live life alongside the men in our lives but if they don’t want to help themselves…we most definitely can’t do it for them. I hope we see a change in the coming generations.
yh. idk if banning him after making the "delete instagram now" video is a coincidence or if they saw the video and decided to ban him because he was negatively speaking about it
He got banned for exposing the truth of the matter. Thats a badge of honor What a man this guy is Edit: Be careful in the replies section brother. It's a warzone down there.
I got permanently banned from Reddit a week ago for saying that the admins censor free speech, I wasn't toxic or anything & didn't break any rules but they permanetly banned me. I spent literally 8 years on Reddit, 100k+ Karma across all of my different accounts... and now its all gone, they IP banned me .-. I... I don't know what life is now... I don't know why I feel more upset losing Reddit permanently than my ex girlfriend. Social Media has beat me, it destroyed me, I dedicated all my time & energy to it & have nothing to show for it all these years later. It won, I loss. You beat me completely capitalist, I hope you're happy, I really do... all my Reddits, my internet identity is dead & gone
Tbh I dont think he got banned because he told the truth. He talked shit about the company, while using it and I think its a logical step and most comanies would do the same no matter if the shit said was thruth or not. However I fully agree with the things hamza said in that video.
Man, the thought of my children living in a world controlled by social media and shit is fucking scary. I hope this message spreads across the world. I deleted all social media and I won't go back. I hope y'all do the same
@@jjboss7896 Andrew Tate either bullshits half the time or says facts the other but he's more the "role model" and not an actual human who dedicates ALL of his resources to help like hamza
That's not the problem in my opinion. I don't care if "i'm the product", I care if the service harms mine and others' mental health and overall well-being. We're also Google's product, that doesn't make it a problem by itself.
Thank you, Hamza; this is a serious issue. I am shadow banned on most platforms because I criticise the social media algorithms and what are doing to people's mental health.
The irony is, and hopefully to our great victory, is that the more people tune out the less power they have which will exactly happen as they continue these practices of banning people.

Hamza when you dropped the line about IG being free on the app store but being the most expensive one you can own, I literally had to pause and write that down. One of the hardest lines I think you've dropped. Salute to you sir 🙏🏻
Hamza as I am writing this I am in literal tears man , I was down bad and I started pulling away from my family and friends , I got paranoid at work thinking that I was underperforming and not doing my part , but now I feel so much better thank to what you taught me man , I'm on day 6 of NoFap , I've implemented a new morning routine with exercise and meditation and gratitude journaling and I've already started seeing a massive improvement in my focus , wellbeing and sleep. Bro you changed my life , I've even started to chat with my friends about your channel and the work you do , bro if you ever come over to South Africa just know I will be there to shake the hand of the man that helped me get my life back on track.
This just goes to show the nerds in Silicon Valley want you even more addicted to their platform by essentially removing the sources of criticism. Hamza realized what they were doing, and they got rid of him. Damn this is like the mafia or some shit. lol
@@UCezI1mEFSJR_GHO4Z7bs8YA Bro you’re lost. Delete your instagram account and see your mental health improve drastically. Try it for a week brother. I promise you you won’t regret it.
If it wasn’t for hamza I would have understood the negative effects of social media. Your a king man without you most of us would be lost in the Matrix.
I previously criticized you because, as a software developer, making social media websites is my job. But the way of the superior man is to take responsibility for the harm we are doing to our users. We developers should create products that make the world a better place and do not ruin the lives of millions. I will focus on my self improvemrnt and become an inspiration for others.
I wish we had another social media than youtube to find good content that better ourselves, because i've realised youtube is no different than Instagram, it's made to be addictive. And i get a lot of knowledge and guidance from youtube but i just dont want to be a slave, and being disciplined isn't good enough anymore, most of the time i'm productive but they dont forgive any weakness. Maybe you should focus on creating an healthy social media, something that is better for us, there may even be a market for that as people awereness about social media rises.
I feel the same as you cronik. In a way, we have an addiction for videos by hamza and random videos that UA-cam suggests us. I wish you could customize the app so that you only see what you want to watch.
I never used Instagram, didn't find looking at people's photos that appealing, and I'm glad I didn't after seeing all the mental health issues associated with it, so I'm glad Hamza criticized Instagram to the point of getting banned lol.
I never had Instagram either, and I only downloaded it when I was horny. I deleted it right afterwards, and kept downloading it again just for pleasure of seeing other girls

Powerful message brother! The media has the power to make us perceive people and reality in a way in which it is not, they fear the day we wake up to the truth because we would realize the true power in the collective consciousness 🙏🏽✨

I have been on this one week detox myself, and knowing you are banned off the platform I feel confident never using Instagram and TikTok and other high speed and attention consuming apps. Thank you, as you have helped your cult once more. Also, It's quite toxic to use Instagram and other platforms' follower count as a way to get validation and respect from others, and you certainly don't need them to get girls. If you cannot get girls without using Instagram that is a problem that needs to be resolved.
This is the last video of Hamza I'll watch as I am starting my dopamine detox. I'll probably come back in September. I just wanna thank you for everything. You helped so much with my journey on self improvement. I encourage others to follow their own path as well
Instagram is honestly such a waste of time, there's far better things to do in life than to endlessly stare at a screen. Adonis would never associate with it.
Hey brother. Been watching you for a while now and you have helped me see a different perspective. My life isn't exactly horrible, but i feel as though i am being held back, held down. I have noticed that for a while now I've been having suicidal thoughts, that im not good enough, That I'll never be great. But you have opened up a new door of perspective. Thank you. Keep doing your thing!! 🔥💯✊🏾
FUCK THEM. You're a real one Hamza, keeping it honest to help others and this is how they treat you. I love the positive energy and help you give out to others, despite anyone that tries to put you down. You're a legend.
Man, your point about children being lonely really hit home because that's exactly the kind of thoughts I have. And the point about finding a woman like myself, that's also a concern of mine, because everywhere I look it's people who have already accepted that social media is a part of them. As a side note on top of that, I am disabled, so that bumps up the difficulty by a few notches.
Yes it's been 2 weeks since i deleted my Instagram account, i was very worried at first about losing friends etc. but now i realise those people were never my friends, they were npc 💀. Finnally my mental is getting significantly better . Couldn't thank hamza more. DELETE INSTAGRAM NOW
Yeah bro, sad but true. Generally when you start getting better, i've noticed some "friends" getting lowkey insecure hiding behind jokes about me being a baby trying to sleep at fucking 10 pm, like a normal human being, and they think sleeping at 3 am is cool. They make fun of you for reading, studying, mediating, journaling and overall focusing on yourself. It's so lonely. I've lost pretty much all of my friends, so what's left for me is to grind and focus 110% on the goals infornt of me. I wish i knew some of you in real life, that would be great.
Remember, bro; making noble resolutions is not as noble as keeping the resolutions that you already made. You now voluntarily walk the path of Adonis, you must keep this decision for the long run. You will grow strong, good luck.
I stopped watching for a little while, but I'm glad that I found your content again. I think I'm ready to stop shying away from the hard truths that you teach. Thank you Hamza
I am with you hamza you are saying faxx bro these social media actually fucks ours mind guys delete that shit focus on yourself we all gonna make it brahs!
Instagram has been on a downward spiral. I really think by the end of this year people will just start to delete it. It’s actually so shocking that they’ve banned Hamza’s account JUST for telling people to control their social media addiction! They wouldn’t verify Hamza’s account and banned him straight after the Delete Instagram Now video! That means they’re watching! 😂 I’m going to start spamming Adam Mosseri and Instagram’s official pages with Jeffrey 😂
They waaaatch EVERYTHING and you're called paranoid for pointing it out. I created a teleggggram channel for people who are brave enough to delete their Instantscum accounts and posted the group link here but the allllllgorithm keeps proving us right and deleting the comment 😉 true colours. I'm about to delete my 50k followers/my accounts. All I want to do is meet like minded individuals. My reach has been killed ever since I tried to convince my followers to DELETE their accounts.
I’ve been posting everyday to TikTok/Instagram to promote my new single. Socials is obviously incredibly important as an artist HOWEVER I have found myself spending hours on these apps outside of creating/posting content. Just scrolling, looking at numbers… it’s rotting my brain so definitely going to keep socials to a minimum unless I’m CREATING content
As a fellow artist that's upcoming, how do you balance it out between consuming and creating and not get carried away with "looking for ideas" as an excuse to keep scrolling n scrolling and the need to keep checking up your numbers every few minutes?
@@otaieb48 I’m not going to lie… this is exactly what I’ve been struggling with lately. The BALANCE between. GOOD vs BAD use of socials. Would love to know Hamza’s thoughts on this
I'm an artist too, and this question stresses me out. I'm not a content creator, I'm an artist. I don't want to post silly videos or pictures when its time to release a piece of music. The best solution to this would be to create good music, tonnes of it, as it'll eventually be seen by others. But the posting your music along with creating content is the side which i hate. If you've got good music then the listeners and critics will 100% do the talking for you
@@otaieb48 I personally replace these generalized apps for ones that are more targeted. I'm an artist, I do drawings and digital art and stuff. I used to use Instagram for inspiration along with just regular social media use. When I decided to stop, it did worry me, I didn't know how I'd get information related to my field. Then I realised "Instagram" wasn't the key, it was the content itself, and you can bet a pretty penny that artists share their content everywhere. So I began using Artstation and Pinterest for my art needs. I also noticed just how much faster I'd be done with them. It was much easier to find what I was looking for when I'm not being flooded with nonsense every 2 posts.
Im 14 years old and I started watching your videos via reccomendation, lucky for me I listened and reacted to your videos quick enough before I hit rock bottom. I would usually play games for around 6 hours(yes im serious), but now Im maturing and I have realised how much I need to improve. I'm so lucky I grew up in a Ethiopian Christian household, my parents would lecture me about the importance of staying away from social media. My Christian values helped me stay away from porn. I literally had this visualization yesterday. I visualized a small city in the mountains with only people on self improvement. Schools teach about self improvement, there is no internet, it's filled up with gyms, kickboxing clubs, everyone meditates, everyone journals, libraries have only self improvement books in them. Imagine if we could build a city like this, completely isolated from the world, it would be so dope.

Hey Hamza, speaking as someone who was homeschooled my whole life before university, there are some really great ways to socialize your kids. We were really involved in our church, youth group, and homeschool clubs (like debate clubs, which is great for teaching your kids about how to construct arguments and communicate effectively, mixed with good peer relationships). I've also seen a lot of homeschool families go off the rails, including elements of my own, so I don't have a perfect solution. I'm still trying to figure it out, since i also want to homeschool my kids. But if you ever want any info from someone who's been through it, I'd be happy to tell you anything I know.
That’s a really interesting topic, were you homeschooled all your life or you started at school and then your parents drafted you out to be homeschooled?
@@alvarrodriguez9345 I was homeschooled from k-12 grade. I did have one year where I did half-days at a trade school, but that was only my junior year of high school. My older siblings were also mostly homeschooled.
@@Renegade1iving I've seen a lot of Christian families raise kids who ended up completely turning on the faith of their parents and become not just "atheists" but essentially "anti-Christians". It breaks my heart to see it, and I have been trying to figure out for years how to 1. Avoid that for my children and 2. Minister to those who were raised in Christian/homeschool families and have become disillusioned. Neither question is easy, but the best answer I've come up with so far is to focus on "The Mission". That is, to teach children the immeasurable benefits they have received in Christ through their family, teach them to feel and enjoy them, and share them with others. But it's easier said than done.

I was actually shocked a few days ago, i was in the bus, and i saw a dad with his 2-3 year old daughter, honestly the guy was not more than 24-28. He had let his phone to his daughter, and i could see he was so anxious, not to have to use his phone and let it to his already addicted daughter. But at some point someone called on his phone, so he took it from her. She started screaming. He didn't even told whoever was calling him "wait a minute i have to calm her" he didnt care. not at all. I looked around to see other peoples reaction to this scene, most didnt care, because they were already AFK, scrolling on their phones with their airpods in. The only person i saw which was genuinly concerned by this situation was an old woman. Knowing that this little girl his going to grow up to be addicted her whole life to phones and stuff makes me sad.
I see this as an absolute W, the jefferies working for instagram can ban as many adones's as they want, but being the adones's we are, we simply don't care.
Not true, this was a tough hit, social media can be leveraged for marketing purposes, you don't have to go there to mindless scroll. I only use tiktok for running ads and researching for example, couldn't care less about anything else there, but I still need to use it.

Not having social media kinda forces people to actually reach out and get to know one another. Instead of viewing each other from a screen. Real human interaction is so important. That’s what I’ve learned amongst many other things, from not having social media for a year and 7 months, I feel more connected to reality more than ever.

What you said towards the end of the video was so important. We really need to think about how we can raise our kids properly in this modern world. We can get our friends on this same path and have our kids be friends so that they won't be lonely, but it really needs to be a generation-wide shift in mindset for this to be sustainable beyond our small group of deviants. This is an extremely difficult problem.

Hamza I promise you that your children will NOT be lonely! You are leading an army that is able to face these dark times head on. These brothers and sisters and their families will be countless. There is no need to fear for the future, whatever happens, you can take comfort in the fact that no one is more ready for it than you and those who follow your cause.
Ok, right.... I was 16 at my junior year of hs(early to mid 2021) when I deleted instagram, snapchat, Twitter and other social media. It is sort of a hive mind that many people are a part of and that "fear of missing out" can be a hell of a excuse not to delete social media. I once heard a girl say "I can't imagine dating a man without a instagram.... that would be creepy" These sort of apps have became a part of our social and daily lives. BY DELETING instagram your brain would automatically move on to other ways to distract itself from the real responsibilities. It is in our nature to seek the things that pleasure us and right after deleting instagram and the other apps I found myself scrolling thru UA-cam and playing games for hours and hours going at it for months till i burnt out and realized the bs. Though I felt better about myself and gained more confidence, self esteem and became more conscious and could see through things for what they were. Deleting instagram, snapchat and tiktok(never had tiktok) would most definitely help you but you always have to know of other distractions and how they all serve as a hook to catch fish such as ourselves. Don't expect a apology from the ceos and the authorities..... and people will keep using those social drugs the only thing that you can do is to stand out from the pile of bots surrounding you.... don't expect attention or why people don't notice you that you are more "self conscious". If u know it and are more strong knowing it its better. I also find it really funny that when u go to a concert or a beautiful place and see evreyone taking pictures from their phones rather than enjoying it. Love the messege you spread hamza. Would be better to step back and look at the bigger picture.

With this banning, Instagram just proved that Hamza is right and we should definitely leave social media alone. The censorship and the manipulation is about what they you to see and say. You say what they want, never what you want. Having an account is literally like signing a contract with them.

Thanks to you my mental health is on unbelievable levels to the average person, I'm 15, I was super clingy, depressed, a simp , weak and skinny, etc. Since I started self improvement, I added 12KG to my dumbbell bench press, 20KG to my normal bench, 30 KG to my deadlift, 40KG to my squat, became a lot bigger talking about physical shape, I am more present, I journal, meditate, read and have a healthy diet (not really diet because I've literally taught my mother and family about nutrition so now we just eat pretty healthy with minor detours sometimes but can't help it). I plan on retiring my mom by the end of my high school years and I wish for men to become more mature. I feel you on this video 100% Hamza. I literally have no real friends because everyone is so into social media or my growth trajectory is way above theirs in the positive and we just don't match. I want my kids to be able to make friends with the kids of others that have been on self improvement. I strive to be the father that I didn't have. I couldn't not shed a tear when I saw you talk so emotionally implicated about it and I wish to be a friend of yours one day because I know how it is , but I am not on your level yet. But I promise. One day we'll look back on this and smile while looking at our children happily making friends with other healthy kids from healthy families that's been on self improvement. Big hug from a young man that sees you as a role model and a father figure.
Awesome improvement... I'd advise you to also get into the intellectual side of strength. Being a man isn't only cornered by physical strength which indispensable, but building intellectual strength and critical thinking will help massively in exposing traps such as social media for example.

Would love to know Hamza’s thoughts on this
Interesting take. Liked your comment for more exposure. I’m sure all artists struggle with this.

How did families go off the rails?

Exactly, they treat us like babies and just spoonfeed us silly shit nobody needs to see.
I m a few days clear, eveeything is better when you detox from tiktok and insta pics and reels
Instagram banned a business page of mine that was single handedly generating 250.000€ a year. No explanation was given.
EDIT: I got it back 3 months later, but those 3 months were hell.
If you don't mind me asking, as someone who doesn't use insta.
What was the nature of this insta business page?
i deleted it last year because of this reason and seeing other people do it too is really cool and proves that i wasnt wrong.
I'm listening you from France. I feel not longer alone right now. Thanks for all my G and shotout to all young hustler like me who are in the Cult.
Can i ask you ?

I just wanted to say that you have inspired me to change my life and to quit my bad habits and replace them with healthy ones, I’ve been going to the gym consistently for about a month now and watching your videos have inspired me to start my self improvement journey. I’m going on a dopamine detox starting tomorrow, wish me luck boys!
Hey hamza im 13 and started watching your videos a few months ago. Most of the stuff that you talk sbout luckily does not apply to me as i’ve never actual had social media, i’ve never watched porn (and know I know not to) but I have been addicted to video games before. But after wa5ching your vids ive stopped playing videogames and I havent played anything for about a month now. Ive started weights and exercise to help myself. Thank you so much hamza.
Btw this was just what I needed. Without really noticing I was starting to slip. This reminded me of why I do this stuff again.
This is the darkest video Hamza ever made, yet the most hard-hitting and motivational. I want to go outside now.
I absolutely love this video and love the way you present it. It’s almost a speech and a cry for help for men around the world. I have taken a lot of inspiration from this
I've recently started watching you and your content, and I realize the importance of the message that you're spreading to all people, I'm going to take steps that I know will be good for me, I've done a lot on social media and over the internet that make me regret my actions, and make me cynical.
I'm going to improve my mental health, and deleting Instagram will be one of the first changes.
I'm going to take steps back, so I may move forward
Good luck to those who read this, don't stay weak brothers
This one's perhaps one of the most amazing clips I've ever seen from Hamza, the world needs more men like you, let's not fail him brahs, let's not fail our parents and ancestors, let's not fail ourselves.
With this banning, Instagram just proved that Hamza is right and we should definitely leave social media alone. The censorship and the manipulation is about what they you to see and say. You say what they want, never what you want. Having an account is literally like signing a contract with them.
>Having an account is literally like signing a contract with them.
Yes, it's a business. If you went into a restaurant and started screaming about how shit the food is and everyone should leave, they would just let you stay? They wouldn't ban you?
@@PauIdenino Yes, and they would probably still not allow you to enter. It is not absurd to assume that "talk bad about a business" "business removes you from their service"
@@dylanabela4058 but that's the thing, I'm not they're employee, I'm a user. So if a user can't say what's wrong with the platform that he uses, them is definitely censorship. They don't even see you as a user, for them, you're just another person giving important data. So don't be condoning this suspect behavior of corporations, they don't want you feeling comfortable talking about reality. Their app sells a illusion and Hamza exposed that and then they banned him. What is right about that?
Im grateful that it's happening(the social medias ending) 5years ago(when i was 12) i was so pissed about social media trends, and seeing people get so addicted to it and i was so confused about people's standards because of these social medias, finally this is the cult hopefully, youtube will give hamza more recognition to acknowledge this mentality for a revolutionary road of life
*Thank you hamza
*Also Thank you all brothers
I just uninstalled Snapchat and Instagram , we need to wake up and choose the right path
This one hit deep, definitely one of your best videos
I cried with you. You moved me, this is not just a movement, I can't explain what it is but I'm grateful for everything... Thanks Hamza
I'm currently studying computer science and am planning to go to an interim next semester. Hamza has helped me so much the last year, and I feel that social media is truly revealing its true colour in a bad way. I want to learn more and, hopefully, one day can make a change.
This needs to go viral
Bruv, don't avoid other people because they don't follow the same path as you. It's very important to be connected to others
want to know how i can get out of being a simp, sir
@@orok_ Quit video games, anime, any shows or social media, read books on masculinity, go to the gym, and achieve goals, you don't have time to simp if you focus on goals and mission, also becoming more masculine ( which means you'll no longer catch yourself simping, it won't be something your brain triggers anymore, you'll be a different person) not the answer you want but the answer you need, sir.
@@Duemony video games and anime has nothing to do with being a simp brudda. Simp is a term used to define men who are obsessed with attractive women, and donate their money to them and get nothing of value back in exchange. I play video games and watch anime but I'm also active outside, I play basketball and do powerlifting.
