Im 17, and ive been in the gym and working part time job consistently for around 5 months when i was 16, but only as of recently, like a week ago have i barely started genuine hard self improvement, I have been learning coding for a couple of months now, i recently started dropshipping, looking into buying Iman’s program, im looking into tech internships, doing my best in school, and constantly trying to make myself look better and have better social skills, I believe I am still in the bottom percent of men and I do not want this, I need to go harder and do more, I’m working on numerous good habits currently

I'm about to turn 21 in a few weeks. Been on self improvement since I was 15/16. Consistent gratitude, meditation and gym. No bad vices. I'm one of the top students in my class in my science degree. I've got a bit of money coming on the side from selling these paintings I make, plus my investments. Got a great group of friends. Okay-ish looks I guess. Basically, I'm doing great compared to the rest of the people my age. And somehow I still feel like I'm in the bottom half of men. It's tough out here man. Adonis does bring the full package. And holistic self improvement is all about improving in all areas of life. But you must not spread yourself too thin. Trying to achieve so many things at once will mean you are mediocre in all. And I don’t know about you brother, but I’d rather focus my discipline into a few and reap those results. Just a thought. This is going to be the last video of yours that I'll watch.
I've been watching your videos for 6 months and it all started when looked for "dopamine detox" on youtube and you popped up. I wanted a self-improvement already and you're what I needed.
Now I feel that you've been usefull enough for me. I feel like I've lived the whole hamza experience since I've aplied some of your lessons to my life, recomended your channel to some of my friends and even had the opportunity to ask you a question on Discord.
But now your videos are too general for me, I have my own passions and know the things that I wanna specialize at. I'm gratefull for your lessons because your teachings have settled the schemes and changed the way I categorize information in my head. I turned 17 three months ago and have been on self-improvement for almost a year. The good changes in my phisique are a reflexion of the improvement of my soul.

I've recently been able to bench press around 70kg after 6 months of lifting, and I start my new career as a Biomedical Scientist next month (Microbiology department, $30k per year) after I finished my degree with 3.0 GPA (2:1 here in the UK). The job aligns with my interests in science, and it's something I've been spending the past 8 years of my life working towards.
Moreover, I've been developing my hobbies outside my budding career (music production, walks, scouting, kayaking) and have even managed to get therapy to work through my self-esteem issues and distrust of others. Overall, I'm a very different person than who I was at the start of this year.
However, I'm not sure if all my positive life choices so far will gain me any sort of status or impress other people, even if I reach my goal of becoming a Senior Biomedical Scientist by 35 (this will earn me $50k per year). Would I have to ditch this career path and focus simply on making as much money as possible in order to become high-value? Truth be told, I'm feeling exceptionally paranoid that I'm not running the race fast enough, and that others have surpassed me a long time ago- in spite of all the good things I've achieved in a short space of time.

Bro I think you should watch hamzas video “stick or twist: the only philosophy you’ll ever need” from 5:12 - 5:52 he explains that most ppl will stick where they are and be perceived as successful and rich even though their cars are on finance and they’re buying houses on mortgage. The twist is living an extremely minimalist lifestyle, in which hamza explains he moves back with his parents and is now perceived to be a bum, but he knows that he’s sacrificing the life with a load of women and perceived to be a successful person because he knows he can attain more. I recommend you watch the whole video.
You may feel that so many others have passed you but you have to realize the trajectory that your on. You said it not me, you made a bunch of progress in a short amount of time. Imagine you continue to do that, but over a long period of time. One of the biggest concepts he mentions is that sacrifice must be progressively overloaded. Play it by ear. Reach the top of the biomedical food chain and if you feel that you’re starting to become complacent then you can take some risks. At the end of the day tho I’m just a random 17 year old without much life experience, so take it with a grain of salt.

Just another movement that won't touch the deep root issue. Hundreds of videos all talking about the same crap like, "modern woman this or that." Pathetic.

Unlike most losers, I accept the fact that I am a loser and losing is part of life. Even if I stay a loser I will become a soldier of my country's army soon, I know the consequences and how bad it can really get, I do. I know I am not prepared in the slightest for the hell they are going to put me through, I was always the fat annoying kid at school who helped out the group of bullies and so on. I only see my life heading for the worst, and so I made sure to get discipline in the most horrible way possible, joining the Army of my country. It will be hard but in the end it will make me slightly less of a loser than I am now. Life is short and I am not going to enjoy it as the years go by so I might as well die as a soldier that is a loser than a loser who is just a loser and nothing else.

I’m a 16 year old man who, for the first time in his life, has been somewhat succesful with women in my everyday life, and my % of success it’s only increasing with time.
I have to say this: most of the things that apply to dating at an older age do apply on teenage years, including the fact that high quality women are interested in a man with vision and purpose.
I started bodybuilding at 13, and now I have a great body, with full visible abs and a good amount of muscle. I’m definetely the most jacked guy around my age in a facinity most of the times, excluding the gym. Also, I have discovered my purpose and have been working in it constantly every single day since I found it.
That kind of characteritcs really set me apart from 99% of guys around my age, and I have to say that I landed a beautiful girl, who is very mature, ambitious and intelligent, and she has made me want to improve a lot more.
What I’m trying to say is this: Stay on the grind boys. If you haven’t discovered your purpose, discovere it, now. Go to the gym, meditate and read constantly. Stop losing your fucking time in videogames and porn:; there’s hundred of things more exciting and important than losing your time in those activities. If you do all those things, greatness will arrive. Stay strong, folks.

i definitely went from being on the road of becoming an adonis to an absolute jeffery and i think it’s honestly mind blowing going from this because everything he is saying is true and i’ve seen it from both sides. I use to run track, lift, and eat pretty well then i got a hip injury from my final race that determined whether i’d make it to states or not and i did but wasn’t able to run the states race because i injured myself during the race and i started smoking weed vaping drinking stopped caring about my appearance and overall well being and it definitely changed the way i feel mentally and the way others treat and react to me but i just got surgery for my hip two days ago and although i have to be pretty sedentary through the healing process i’ve been working on my mental health watching these videos and started taking action that way when i fully recover i’ll be back better because it really all starts with the mind (if u actually read this ik it seems all over the place and that’s because it is and accepting that your life is shit and taking 100% responsibility is definitely the first step to making any kind of change to your life)

We need to work with a different mindset. Of course having an achieving mindset is necessary, but your goal should be to understand how everything that you encounter in daily life works and functions. To understand how the simplest things you see around you work, to understand how the world works. Economy is a more complex concept, but start with the simplest things that you see around you and try to understand how it works. Develop curiousity. An adult should have much knowledge about how the world works Meditate and workout in the morning, then read the newspaper, study, read books at the end of the day. A chad doesn't just lift weight, a chad is an all rounder, excelling in all fields, in his school or college studies, in exercise and fitness, in philosophy, and having good social skills, being emotionally mature, emotionally and financially independent (we are all dependent on capitalist class financially but having a secure job is necessary, not just for a man but also for a woman.)
