I feel like tiktok is not talked about enough due to how many people are addicted to it and how many people will just immediately dismiss anything you say about it. Tiktok is a horrible place and it's getting worse and worse every year. Worst thing is tiktok knows so much about us but it also has a monster of an algorithm which no social media's can even come close to competing with. If you are reading this get of tiktok right now and never come back, delete the app. Don't even open links to tiktok your friends may send you

This was really moving. I deleted tik tok, insta, and snap a couple months ago and this was a nice reminder to keep going. I’m a girl and have literally been questioning if there’s something wrong with me because I don’t feel that hookups are normal. I don’t feel safe around the young men around me, they have no strong morals, discipline, and are overall being emasculated and treating woman worse and worse. Since I’ve deleted the app, I’ve naturally gained so many hobbies, become more connected with nature, my family, and spirituality. I really hope this generation starts realizing how fucked up our culture is becoming. Thank you for sharing these unique perspectives. Nice editing btw👍🏽

Trust my when I say that 80% of men are garbage, good men are inside the 20% along with assholes, Many men here say it's full of good man just wanting a chance to have a good woman but that's a lie, most people are bad people, Good humans beings are 10% at maximum the world is crazy, then good luck lady.
Your speeches give me the understanding that you are moving towards spiritual success, with a lot of self-love, self-esteem and a whore of a genius ... But beware the higher we are the higher the fall, I was once a spectacular man but today I am a failure.
A wise man gave me a warning and I ignored him and now I'm reaking the consequences ... The warning was : "kill your mind before it actually kills you"
after your mind kills you it can be quite tricky to gain control back i was a little arrogant i must say.

I am a woman (21) and have deleted tok tok, Instagram and Facebook since the beginning of this year and only use WhatsApp and messages to speak with people. When I tell you how lonely it felt in the beginning… it was nuts. I felt less lonely with waking up to a bunch of videos, tik toks, memes, etc. sent to me from friends. But then it all stopped.
One year later I’m so much happier. I talk to people and feel more confident and feel like I’m actually using my time wisely. One really important thing was also hearing stories, celebrations and goals reached from people. If someone had a baby I heard it from them, I can have a genuine reaction. Not just say “aw that’s cute” and move on scrolling mindlessly.
People are losing the ability to show and feel emotion, speak to eachother normally. Everyone either depressed, anxious, or extremely sensitive. It’s sickening because the truth is that we have become an ashamed society hiding under a confident title of freedom. But freedom doesn’t mean screwing everyone, it doesn’t mean doing whatever you want without consequences. I think freedom is a choice to do the right thing for you and the people you love (which I hope is also yourself).

I did the same thing and immediately felt relief. I deleted everything and then realized how much time I had, and how much time I had wasted. Once that revelation wore off I started naturally being interested in more traditional ways of life and thinking. Instead of dancing on TikTok, I want to learn how to garden. I want to learn how to sew, cook, bake. I have UA-cam so that I can learn and listen to the news. Instead of drinking until 5am I’m waking up at 5am. It’s almost like with social media, my life was blurry. Now I’m learning who I really am at age 20.

Age 23. Just deleted Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram and Reddit a few hours before finding this video. I noticed how much time it takes from me, how my mental health started deteriorating the last few months, and that my attention span and ability to concentrate reduced tremendously. Now I legit have withdrawals. I'm baffled how addicted people can get to these platforms (and social media as a whole). I want more free time, and a meaningful at that. I want to learn crocheting, want to start reading novels again, to draw and paint for entertainment again.
This gonna be a doozie to adjust living without these platforms and shake off the addiction that I unknowingly acquired lately, but I feel like it's worth it and I'm full of hope.

True feminism is realising that the promotion of sex work etc., is not actually empowering. It is actually making it worse for everyone. Worse for women. Harder for men, and people to form genuine relationships and self-worth. It's so dangerous, and so many people who try and speak up about this get cancelled or ignored.

I hate how the West glamorises being a single mother, it’s literally the last thing I could wish for any woman or child. I have honestly had to put in so much work and healing to make sure I do not get mislead. It effects your self esteem soo much. It has previously made me more in my “masculine energy” as I did not grow up with a stable father figure to rely on and therefore became hyper independent. And then this creates a generational cycle as if you do not brake this pattern you can only attract a weak/ unavailable man.

I rarely leave comments on UA-cam but I want to thank you Hamza for what your doing. I'm a man (26) and I've been addicted to gaming and in poor mental health for most of my life. I still haven't had sex with a woman, and for the longest time that has been a huge source of shame. The sexual trauma I've had, along with a gaming and porn addiction, have left me fucked up mentally for most of my life. Last year, for a variety of reasons, I finally followed my dream and enlisted in the U.S Army. After completing training and working out consistently at the gym now for about 3-4 months I feel infinitely better, and you've helped me realize the importance of studying and learning again.
I've been reading David Goggin's books and will start The Way of the Superior Man when it arrives. Thank you brother for doing so much for us. I never got advice like this from my father or older brothers, and I've lived my life for too long as a soft and timid man afraid of what other random people think of me.

Not many people have noticed this but two days ago I realized how TikTok plays with your mind.
TikTok knows exacly what its users want, and how their minds work (they have all the data), but still they dont show them what they want all the time because they know how your mind works, they know what content to show you and show it in a way that they could easily manipulate your mind, then they can controll your actions, and influence in your life. So be careful, it can be worse than you think.

    As a girl, I 100% agree.
As women, you are pushed into degeneracy, into sleeping around, into constantly being and looking sexual. They make tinder highly addictive, it’s the same as tiktok in the way that you’re waiting to get the good person/video. Sleeping around makes you unable to stay the moment anything gets hard in a relationship. And with almost all men addicted to porn we women just end up trying so hard to live up to what they watch.
Before my now boyfriend (who I plan to marry) I was manipulated into sleeping with one man before. And honestly it’s damaging to your mind and body. My advice to young girls is to be highly selective about sex, do not freely sleep around when you and your partner are under developed. Wait for your 20s, trust me if you don’t respect each other fully it is NOT empowering.

I was pretty much nocturnal, I was missing so many lectures, my self image was shit and I was depressed af. There were other reasons why of course, but deleting my socials (TikTok, snap, twitter, insta, etc) was probably one of the best things I did. I was able to reset and properly allocate my time effectively. I started taking actual pictures of my self instead of with this filters that made me feel like shit whether I took them off. I only use Snapchat to message people and then close the app. I use TikTok to find fitness, food and art inspiration and ideas and I literally have a 15minute timer on my phone, so if I’m on TikTok for more than 15minutes in one day, it automatically locks the app and kicks me out. More people should see this, but I'm afraid there are not many who will actually listen, and do something, they've just lost all will. i'm a woman, 20, and have deleted tiktok after watching this video. i haven't been using it a lot anyways but what i wanted to address is that you're obviously speaking about the majority of these issues whereas i live in a quite huge city where everything is the opposite. men sleep around and women have to stay virgin, that's when my girls keep losing their temper as to how "unfairly" they're being treated (like an object in that case) and if you had even only slept with one guy you're already below anyone. here, girlpower is everything. because i grew up without a dad - not bc he was an social media addict or had tiktok but bc he failed as a dad - and i have no other choice but to teach everything myself and do the chores a man should be doing. i raise my brothers child because he's also incapable of being a father. my single mom raised both me and my brother and on top of that my brothers child. there are thousands of woman like me out there who have nothing else left but to encourage themselves and turn 10000% independent or else you're going to get run over by life. independence is what helped me survive my toughest days. i have no male friends or male relatives to rely on, i'm in this with me and my mom only. and that can happen to anyone at any time.. it is important that women still learn that they can't be dependent on a man solely because of how this society is. because a woman with a past like mine will always worry that the other partner might eventually leave one day, so rather than having unrealistic fantasies that we're meant for each other, it's better that i'm prepared to be single for the rest of my life so i won't end up in the streets, drastically imagined and said.
i agree with almost everything you said considering you talked about the majority. i believe everything will have its end if men start taking a grip onto themselves and make a step, so that women can take an example from them and do the same step forward to better themselves.

But at the end of the day, the people that want to be a part of your life will make an effor to be a part of your life no matter what phone you have. I generally just called. When I went through with the flip phone idea lots of people thought it was cool but all of them made excuses, most of them were valid excuses. Going to a flip phone is not something thats convenenient, theres going to be a billion reasons not to do it, and lots of the reasons are good ones. At the end of the day though it boils down to you either do it or you dont, excuses/reasons be damned you just follow through. There are benefits an there are trade-offs, I have since switched back to a smartphone (as I said I believe they are useful tools) but I no longer have the habbit of staring at social media/tiktok for hours, heck I actually havent even bothered to install tiktok again. A flip phone is inconvenient and hard. But so is spending all day on tiktok, pornhub, etc...pick your hard.

I’m trying to start self improvement early and I have seen so much difference in my body and mind from a year ago. Somehow I had got porn addicted at like sixth grade. SIXTH GRADE. I can finally say I’ve quit that for sure and have stopped video games. I want to start early in the money section but it’s kinda hard as a kid. Though I am proud of my new mindset.

My younger cousins with that Snapchat one in particular. Sitting taking hundreds of pictures of yourself everyday and sending them to people you don’t even know. I picked a couple of them up from school a few weeks back and they stand out the front of the school beside people talking to them but not even looking at them because their heads are bent down looking at a phone.
The social system has been entirely rewritten. I’d consider not looking at people you’re talking to to be rude but apparently to them it’s “weird” to not sit on a phone being a degenerate.
I don’t even like associating with people my own age because it’s so incredibly boring, my best friend is literally a 43 year old guy who I go fishing with and have conversations about actual things. Masculine things, cars and such.
Other than that it’s my Dad. Doing pretty much the same sorta stuff.
A 23 year old being best friends with someone nearly exactly 20 years their senior😂😂. That’s how low society has fallen that people my own age bore me. My parents didn’t allow me to get a phone until I was 16 and I am very happy about that decision they took.
I’ve had one girlfriend who I was with since I was 15 but she cheated on me so that was out the window. In particular finding “women” has become somewhat impossible because most of them have the mental age of a 15 year old. Stay away from people like that kings.

I happened to realize that my friend circle is constantly surrounded by those that spend not half an hour or an hour on the app but rather 3-4 hours of mindless scrolling just to trigger an insane amount of dopamine, hoping to find the next video that they may send to a friend. I constantly tell those that I am close to that I am not on TikTok because I slowly became aware of a mass of people that deny they are addicted to a mobile app. As hard as it is to say, an addiction to cigarettes may lead to lung cancer, but social media addiction may lead to you losing control of the most valuable thing in your possession, your mind.

So I have to thank you Hamza, you've been teaching me so much important information, and facts that I need to accept as a man, and I've been ever-improving.

I downloaded the app a while ago (back when I was unemployed) just to see what all the fuss was about. After 2 weeks I checked my app usage time and it showed an average of 4 hours per day. I could also feel that I couldn't even focus on making job applications for more than 5 minutes at a time which really scared me so I just deleted it and have never picked it up again. Then youtube shorts came long and I had the same thing so I force myself to never scroll on shorts. If there's a short I want to watch I will watch only that one and then come out of it otherwise it just becomes like TikTok. I'm a fully functioning adult with goals and ambitions, I can't imagine how a responsibility-less child would react with all this stuff.

I have many times over here the story of children being affected because they grew up without a father. I was raised by my grandmother and let me tell you that nobody could’ve ever raised me as well as she did . The problem isn’t about the absence of a father , it’s about the absence of teaching of values , responsibility and strictness . That is what true parenting is about .

You’re really only creating problems that aren’t even there when you start to fixate on the shit you can’t control. You have control over a lot. Your mind, the food you put into your body, the music and entertainment you expose yourself, the books you read, and so much more of course. 13 years ago as a teenager I regularly used to go to EDL marches to march against and fight Muslims. I was an unhappy youth with no job prospects or future and the blame was put on to them. Them for invading and taking all our jobs. Yet as I got older I realised it was because their culture supports each other and is more inter connected. Ours is atomised and disconected. Therefore every skill Ive got I had to learn it myself. Im an HGV driver and 29. Ive got my shit together now and a long term girlfriend. But not one friend! If one of my children does not want to be a HGV driver. To what friend do I send them to be mentored by? At this point in time, just as hard core Christianity overcame the deprevaty of the Romans. Islam will overcome the depreverity of the West. My hate for Islam all these years was wrong. I fought for the wrong side and I could not be more apologetic.

i don’t agree with the family being destroyed by sexual degeneracy. What i do agree with is the attention of young people being taken away, and having young brains prone to addiction. I am a 14 year old girl and i quit tik tok about a year ago. even though i may not be up to date with trends and memes i feel like life is more enjoyable without the constant stress and distractions that tik tok causes. It was hard to quit but eventually with finding hobbies and things to work twists irl i was able to enjoy life more fully. I think what you just said about women, the more they sleep around before marriage, the less likely they will stay faithful with their partners. It also applies to men. The problem nowadays is that the internet connects people and you get so many options here and there, so people tend to not settle easily, both men and women.
