    I am one of the women that go to the gym, have a very strict routine, take self- care quite seriously. It‘s not because I want to be masculine it‘s just that I need that ambition to thrive. I am actually very gentle, quiet and value softness. It‘s just that I need this routine to keep my balance :)

    " The way of the superior man " - David Deida
    I am again suggesting everyone this book even when Hamza made videos on it because this book is really life changing in terms of :-
    Part - 1 : The man's way ( 15 rules for men )
    Part - 2 : Dealing with women ( This part teaches you some characteristics of feminine women and it help you understand them and deal with them)
    Part - 3 : Working with polarity energy ( this part will help you to understand the masculine and feminine energy which are the exact opposite similar to the north and South Pole, Yin and Yang )
    Part - 4 : What women really wants ( the previous part and this part combined will give you the complete idea about women and what they want)
    Part - 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 : Here Part 5 will help you to know your Dark Side, part 6 will show you the feminine attractiveness, what 7 actually shows off some body practices like ejaculation up to the spine and finally part 8 actually gives some ideas about Mens and womens yoga of intimacy.

If the self improvement sphere was bigger back then I would have realized exactly how the game was rigged (I knew it was but didn't know what to do about it) and would have spent more time teaching myself and working on myself instead of trying to cope with how much school sucked with videogames. It's like planting a tree. The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, the second best time is now. For you gentlemen whose age still ends in -teen, these are golden years for self development. This is where you make the best gains for the smallest effort. Don't waste them. I think sexual polarity is important and should be the base of the relationship, but you should still enjoy each others company. Just always remember that you guys are together as two separate individuals, not coming together to feel complete. That’s where depolarization happens

    • @kamiltylus

    I believe your ideas on masculine/feminine energy are so on point. There's a saying that goes "Next to a real man the woman is happy, next to rest....she's strong". This is so true. I used to be in a relationship with a verbally and psychologically abusive man who always had something to be angry about, yet would still rely on me to do everything for him. Being around him was so traumatic, that I soon became this wreck, full of rage and bad energy, that would always look for clues of ill intentions in other people. It took me so long to figure out the consequences of his actions upon me: I was in a constant state of self defense and self preservation. Always trying to detect any danger around me. And you wouldn't believe me when I tell you many women experience this. Don't get me wrong, women are naturally very strong mentally, evolution made us that way because we are weaker phisically. But what is happening these days to women is tormenting. Think of it this way: throughout history, the sole purpose of men was to go to work to put food on the table. The woman took care of everything else, taking care of the house, cooking, raising and educating the children, taking care of the health and well being of everyone in the family. It's the reason women are much more emotionally intelligent than men and generally do better at reading emotions and sensing dangers. But here we are today. The economy doesn't allow a family to live on only one paycheck, so the work of women has multiplied. They have adapted to this social context but at what cost? Men are still on the "just go to work" mentality (in the best case scenario) and have not altered their roles in order for the work load to be distributed more equally between the genders. The result? A society of women who run around from dawn to sunset, trying to do everything on their own. I also feel like men believe being masculine means being this mindless agressive monkey . Masculinity has nothing to do with that. Masculinity is about being reliable, having integrity and showing kindness and support. Help your girl around the house, give her a sense of safety and and you'll see her relax and flourish and both your lives becoming better. Happy women are feminine. And I cannot stress this enough.

    • @konstantinrebrov675
      @konstantinrebrov675 9 місяців тому

      You say that it is the job of a woman to taking care of the house, cooking, raising and educating the children, taking care of the health and well being of everyone in the family. My mom didn't do any of these things. She didn't even love me. She lived only for herself. But the definition of love is to live for another person, putting the needs of another person before your own needs. My dad did all of these above mentioned tasks, and even more, and he was the only person who had ever loved me. My mother, and her sister, and my father's sister were all very selfish, abusive, narcissist, and mentally screwed women. I am grateful to have had my father in my life. And I think that this is what he was feeling, in a constant state of self defense and self preservation. My dad did everything in the family, literally everything. My mom didn't do a drop of work around the house, but he didn't care, he did it because of a love for his son! And in return my mom hated him for it. But because since childhood the women in my life were absolute monsters, this has unconsciously shaped my perception of women in general.

I’m 16 years old, I’ve lived in comfort for most of my life, and I’ve been slowly developing myself. The most amount of days I’ve worked out these past few weeks is 2 to 3 days when I plan to workout everyday focusing on a different muscle everyday. She’ll practice volleyball almost everyday meanwhile I tell people about my goals and never commit to them. I have been eating cleaner, but pretty much my whole family does not feel an ounce of guilt when eating junk food.

    Not surprised. Look at the messages society send women.
    "You can be anything you want to be. Nothing can hold you down. You are perfect the way you are."
    I'm not saying you shouldn't tell women that or that you shouldn't encourage women. Of course you should. They're our mothers, sisters, daughters, and wives.
    But what about our fathers, brothers, sons, and husbands? I don't see a lot of the same messages for men. It's understandable why generally, men are less motivated.
    We see messages like "Toxic masculinity. Men need to do better. If you don't support this and that, you're misogynistic."
    We were supposed to build each other up, but only one side is getting that treatment.

I personally do it cause I like the self improvement- goal focused lifestyle (and I'm gay so there won't be a man that will make my life easier lmao) but to the rest of the girls that have their own reasons for being so disciplined I think it's fair to say there is definitely a handful of ladies that would prefer to do something else but simply don't see any reliable men anymore.. so they do it themselves. (And of course so many girls simply see the benefits and beauty in what they do and want to secure a bright healthy future which I think is beautiful.) I'm glad more people men & women are starting to take care of themselves and their life's.

      Be discplined, be strong, have self love. But don’t devalue woman in the process. We just like you are people with wants, needs and goals. The lie here is that woman at one point were weak. Childbirth, raising a kid, being in touch with emotions while facing pain, it’s not easy. The men who get the most woman (with the most satisfaction) are those who are strong themselves and loving towards woman.

      Well you have right. Women should be independent should live their lives and to be honest I admire my female friends including my ex. But I believe that a woman can be strong by being more feminine and independent from the old stereotypes. But now that feminism has changed and many people especially women know that. Modern day society made women believe that living more like a man will make them true women, and vice versa for young men. I don't discourage women to quit their jobs their freedom, but still, modern feminism convinces women that they won't need a man, it makes them see childbirth as a life sentence, children as chains and raising them as an infinite and painful torture, and that men won't contribute anything to the child, when in reality it is nothing like that. I know many girls that are feminine and I feel like that they are going to be in a good relationship in the future.

    • @rasn
      @rasn 2 роки тому +9

      @@KenobiandDookuSoloTheSequels I agree with all of your points. The point of feminism was that all genders are equal. Not to tell woman that they must be masculine, or that they should value shallow things such as height and money in men. It was that again, feminine energy is equally as powerful. It's sad to see that so many woman don't want children. And you're right, it's because of the way men are today. I would argue that this shift of the average woman's mentality is because of hypermasculine men, who believe woman are property, and hyperfeminine men, both of which cannot properly provide for their woman and/or their child. I would say that if you want to be a proper man, you have to find the right balance.

Let's just all get stronger and more discipline, men and women all conquering and bringing value and power to the table. I'm an Adonis and my girlfriend is an Anastasia. She was depressed and I changed her mindset. She's growing stronger and smarter while I'm doing the same. That's because school has become an entirely female enterprise. Male teachers are chased away with allegations of sexual abuse. Unfortunately some of them turn out to be true. But this in turn creates a stigma that men who want to be around raise/tutor children are probably predators or closet "minor-attracted persons". Combined with Dads (if they even have a dad around) having to work long hours with little time spent with kids, boys are left with few role models. Then we have feminists actively destroying any cultural symbol/artifact/piece that depicts men is any positive light and telling men and boys that their existence and their feelings/desires are bad. All this blatant assault on men and boys results in boys having no motivation and loads of mental problems.
      The schooling system generally caters to women's way of learning (through listening). On top of that feminists have infested the school system and pushed for things like elimination of recess and PE and focused on helping girls while deliberately handicapping boys. One is how boys are drugged into submission, which messes up their growth. Then you have teachers deliberately marking boys harshly while girls are are given fair marking. There was an study done that took a look at test scores. Tests that were anonymous had boys and girls generally somewhat equally well. Tests that had names had the boys doing far worse. Closer look showed teachers deliberately correcting girl's mistakes and given partial marks while boys lost a full score for the same mistake. Of this study got pushed under the rug since it violates the feminist narrative.

    Dude, women being more masculine it's actually something good for masculine men. A woman that is too femenine would be fully dependent on you when you are married, and you could have as many mistresses as you want, men in the past could even beat women and they could do nothing about it because she couldn't away, becuase she has no purpose, no dicipline, no ambition because she is so femenine, and that actually built a lot of families where the man was abussive and the rest came out of that depressed or more abussive than their masculine leading father. Independent masculine women force men to do better, to fill their expectations because their are now able to get away when they don't like their man anymore, when he gets complacent or struggles on dicipline and that is a motivation for men to do better, to do the hard work especially when you don't feel like it.

      "Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it"-Ephesians 5: 23-25
      The feminine woman is too submit to the masculine man so that the masculine man would love and die for the feminine woman. An independent masculine woman pretty much stokes the flames of conflict as she doesn't really need the man if she can theoritically can do it on her own if she wants to.
      Also, this feminine-masculine polarity has been around for like 3000 or more years before the birth of Christ, meaning it actually works, also myths and stories of the polarity resonates through many cultures from Mexico to Japan(Mars & Venus, Izanagi & Izanami, Adam & Eve). You only hear cases of abusive households since they are rare about meaning they were not the norm, just as how news cycles like to report about negatives things like murder despite the fact murders happens unfrequently especially in a developed nation which is why they are reported.

    Not sure how else to get in touch, Hamza, but wanted to offer a perspective that I think you'd value. I am a young man, 27, and a farmer/entrepreneur by profession. My reasons for going into farming are many, but at the top of the list is knowing the exact source of my food and providing as much of my diet from my own efforts as possible. You often make the distinction between junk food and healthy food, and that is great, but the truth is even many "healthy" foods are coming from places that would make any sensible person sick to their stomach. Mass produced fruits and vegetables are coated in herbicides, fungicides, pesticides. Mass produced meat (I am not vegan/vegetarian, in fact I eat 1-2 lbs of meat a day of local grass-fed beef from a farmer I know) is actively destroying the planet and is by no means healthy.
    My point is, in your framework, eating whatever food from unknown industrial sources that are coated in "icides", polluting water, causing erosion on a scale that will cause unimaginable devastation, even if it falls into the category of "healthy" is a pretty Jeffrey ass move. Adonis knows exactly where his food comes from and grows, hunts, forages most of it himself. He doesn't poison himself with industrial foods and the food he doesn't grow, he knows the farmer who does personally. He understands that the cells in our body are made up of the foods that we eat and doesn't want food coming from 1000's of miles away, contaminated with micro plastics and chemicals. I think that this is a powerful message that I have spent my 20's sharing in my circle of influence. I hope you consider this perspective, I think with your reach it could help change the course of many young mens health and connection to where their food comes from.

    Just carried my class to win a debate competition.I was guiding theme giving tips , motivation, push the procrastinator to do the work. I wasn’t chosen to lead theme but the leader position is not decided by who was chosen by the teacher but who is actually leading the team. I learn a new thing about being a leader, it’s about taking care about every one in your team, motivate theme and making theme doing the best they can

    Part of the reason this has become such a problem recently is because women have been given more support than men. The feminist movement pushed women to feel empowered while putting men down. On top of that, men are still expected to be the "bread winners" and earn more than women. There has been no push for men only push down. Thankfully there are people like Hamza out here helping this lost generation of men.
