- This is a 45 minute vinyasa class. Part 9 of the full body series of flows designed to strengthen. lengthen and tone your whole body.

This is a continuous, mindful, breath focused flow to breathe your whole body awake. A ladder style flow that eases you in, invites you to explore the shapes, then builds into a fluid, energetic, rhythmic flow.

Hi Fiona! Clean up efforts have been fast but theres just too much that it may still take some time to be completed.
I think one of the biggest challenges we have right now really comes down to people being displaced with nowhere to stay/rent. House prices have already been high in naples/fort myers area so imagine those who dont have the means when prices have skyrocketed even more. We also have contractors who are just price gouging…im not sure how anyone can even do this. My husband is in the real estate/construction business and we have heard other contractors just throw ridiculous numbers for restoration or building.

Oh I’m glad you’re doing ok. We recently had massive floods in Melbourne city. Not where we are, but 60 min away. They’re facing similar problems… and the debris, clean up, Re builds etc driving prices through the roof. It’s already hard to get trades and supplies post COVID.

Thank you very much indeed for this lesson, I loved the FlippedDownDog with ellbow down, powerful! & I could plug in my current favorite most easily. ❤️🙏🏻 (...those Scorpion legs were a surprise, a new variation on an Asana I love to do,Simhasana, I do it mostly with Lotus legs, but I love this variation by you...or are these Raja Bujangasana legs? 🤔)
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the variation. I suspect you’re right about it being raja bhujangasana - I guess it’s a version of king cobra. When I do it, my head feels very close to my feet. When I look on replay camera I’m a metre off! Haha. 🙏😊
@@TwoBirdsYoga Very same here!!-this difference between the selfimage the cns gets reported back & the actual position the body has in reference to the environment is quite puzzling, & revealing about the central role the visual cortex plays in organisation of movement. E.g. we are very rarey as deceived about ourselves when we check how far our hands are away from us, that's a very precise circuit usually, but feet, they're usually further away than we feel them to be.
So interesting huh? I’ve got a video of one of my daughters when she was 7 or so. She was well into dance. She called out to her sister and declared she was very close to a drop back…. The video tells a different story…. Just like her mumma! Lol
@@TwoBirdsYoga On this note, as I said way back when I first found your channel - you do have a proximity to dance movement organisation, I often work together with choreographers, & their relation of extremities to trunk is very close to how you go about it, the transitions between holds.
