I've got some yoga podcast episodes saved for times I'm in regions of poor wifi as a backup, & there's the sequences I do by myself on a daily basis, whenever I can insert them into my day. Movement organisation is never far from me...

Thank you Jeanine! It felt nice to practice. I’ve literally just practiced this weeks class. Soooo nice. I often do it at home to my recording, then film at the studio. The studio version often doesn’t feel as smooth. I think I’m trying too hard when the camera on:-) haha. But I practice at home to get a feel for how to describe it authenticity. Then I decided to do some yoga, and there you were doing a very gentle easy flow which my body appreciated. Me too cause I didn’t land on my ass. Deepest, gratitude and much love.
There is a cold autumn behind the window in Latvia and before I did this class I felt really flat, but it really worked for me- so now I am energised and feel bright:). Thank you!

When I left my leg to hip height, I can't seem to get my leg level with my hip. It feels locked and crampy. Any tips on what can be done to make that pose more effortless?
So great to hear you’re enjoying the series! Thank you x this gate variation encourages you to work the muscles in your outer hip - the glute medius. I actually don’t find it easy myself. It requires a bit of strength. It doesn’t need to reach the height of your hip when you lift, it’s just a guide. If you can feel those outer hip muscles firing. You’ve got it. Sometimes, it may be an anatomical thing. Your femur/thigh bone may sit high in your hip socket which may give you less range in this direction?? Hope that helps? X fi 🙏😊
