45 Minute Morning Vinyasa Flow | Hips & Shoulders

- This is a 45 minute morning vinyasa flow class. An all round level 1-2 class that begins with a gradual warm up, an easeful standing flow & some functional core work before resting in shavasana. It's a complete & compact full body slow flow, with a particular focus on restoring range of motion in your hips and shoulders. Sequence includes cat/cow, bear pose, lunges, warriors, 1/2 moon balance, pigeon, back body core strengtheners and a lovely shoulder opening sequence towards the end of class that will leave you feeling open and ready for your day.
For practice, you may wish to have a folded blanket.

Hi Fiona, as usual its such a treat to listen to your descriptive voice talking one through the postures! as usual had a giggle as i imagined my back having possible ski jumps in it and helped to straighten out my posture! A lovely laid back routine to start the day -in my case end my day!

@@TwoBirdsYoga yes, perfect! The only thing I do differently is I that generally go right into savasana after the 2nd twist, but you're facing the other way on your mat like that, so turning around also works :)

Knee sort of ok. Have to tweak some poses not to put too much strain on it
Lovely flow! , but the savasana , or mini yoga nidra, was heaven on earth . My tummy’s rumblers was mimicking yours 😂, i hope yours got luckier than mine, i still have a couple of hours of fasting 😉 keep it rumbling ! Love All Ways …. ❤️🙏
Lol!! I didn’t think it was too noticeable but now I listen back I can hear it. I need to have a cone of silence over my mic, huh?! I record really early mornings to avoid household noise but I’m going to eat a banana pre recording next time :-)

It was my first one, after a little break, due to big feeling of demotivation that falls at my when its autumn in poland, and no sun appear anymore. Thank you so much for this lesson!! ❤️🙏🏻 -one thing is for certain, you'd pass the functional anatomy class exam at the academy I teach at with flying colours, you're amazing! Where did you take all this in, minute details of, here, shoulder joint direction & the musculature moving it? You've got Bunsen-burner focus attention I must say, so fruitful for your students all over the globe!
