We’re taking it to the next level with an Intermediate/Advanced Pilates Mat Workout! This 30-minute full-body pilates class will challenge the more experienced pilates student as we flow through more intermediate and advanced pilates mat exercises.
This full body workout is perfect for the whole body, combining pilates core work as well as upper and lower body exercises, which will improve core strength, control and stability. It is intended for those that have knowledge and experience with pilates intermediate and advanced mat exercises.
In this total body pilates class, you’ll strengthen, lengthen and tone the whole body, as well as improve your mobility and flexibility!

@@MVMTwithCailin Hi, sorry I was away with poor internet connection and only now was able to respond to the "non-urgent" e-mails. I am a Physiotherapist working in private practice in Edmonton, AB-Canada. Big part of my target population has pelvic floor and low back dysfunction, so I get them started with simple exercises to build their foundation so that in the long run they can manage on their own by watching your videos from home!

It was definitely challenging! I liked it. It’s something I work up to mastering. Thirty minutes is nice too; I have a toddler and don’t always have an hour to dedicate to a work out, so thanks!!
I'm glad you liked it! Consistency is key, so the more regularly you practice and work on it, the more proficient you'll be... just like with everything else in life, I guess! :) I have some more 30 minute videos on the channel, when you need something shorter because of your little one! Although my kids are a bit older now, I remember those toddler times :) Good for you for slicing out a bit of time for yourself to exercise and move! It's so important to take that time for yourself.
