This 30 minute intermediate pilates class will tone your entire body, especially your arms, shoulders, core and legs! For this full body workout you won't need any equipment, just yourself, a mat or blanket, some motivation and 30 minutes of your time🔥

Thank you so much for your comment😊 I feel you, I really enjoy workouts as well that show a timer, which is why I am trying to include it more into my other workouts on my channel (such as my Pilates HIIT or ab workouts) As a yoga teacher tho, I love to keep my yoga classes and pilates workouts as simple as possible - I want people to focus more on their breath and their alignment and also listen to their own bodies, which is why I won't include timers in these particular videos. 😊

I don’t consider this to be Pilates
Well Reggie the title of this video isn't 'Original Pilates' isn't it? I call this a pilates ▶️workout◀️ , meaning there are pilates exercises involved, however it's more so a free structured workout that doesn't exactly follow the original style with it's 34 poses from Joseph Pilates.
