I heard your feedback! Many of you requested another 60 minute full body pilates workout, and I listened :)
At 55 minutes, this one is pretty close to a full hour! It includes all that you know and love about my full body workouts… a combination of upper body, lower body and core. Plus, there is always a component of mobility and flexibility included as well.
This pilates workout is appropriate for beginners since exercises can be modified throughout.

I love that you incorporate Pilates as a complement to your running routine :) Core strength and stability is so important for running so that your form stays on point, even when you get tired! Plus, the mobility and flexibility portion helps too.

Wow! I hardly could manage the banana and the elbow plank up and down after I started my 4 weeks strength workout the day before! All my body was aching and was thinking Pilates for the rest day...🤣
My right shoulder is recovering from frozen shoulder and am trying to stop the freezing of the left shoulder😱😔

Sorry this wasn't the "rest day" you were looking for! Next time try one of the mobility or stretch workouts on my channel for a true rest day :) I have a new extended one on here just for mobility and flexibility!
Movement With Cailin yah I went to orthopedic and worked with PT for 6 weeks so am getting i life back, day by day! Pilates helps with my back issues so I try to do it as often as I can😁.

Great workouts but I feel too much strain on the neck.
So sorry to hear that about your neck :( Neck pain can often mean that you are not fully using your core when doing the abdominal exercises. You may want to keep your head down until you've built up some more core strength... that will help take strain out of the neck. Also, always remember to keep your head and neck in line with your spine when you are moving!
@@MVMTwithCailin thanks for replying Cailin. I have tried that but trying to hold my neck up has always left me with a strained neck. But I still think ur workouts r great. Good luck!
