- This Intermediate level Pilates practice is a full 45-minute workout for a practitioner with some experience and knowledge of the Pilates method and principles. All you need is your mat and be ready to move. Be sure to listen to your body and move in a way that feels good and does not cause pain. Please leave a comment if you have any questions.

I think the complainers regarding the 'intermediate' appellation should look to their form instead of criticizing. I love that this was a deep "practice" of pilates. I gained valuable insight into some of the movements and was able to take my time with any necessary modifications (I'm a 50 yr. old 6'3", 300 lb man so I can't move as flexibly as you haha). Great class. As a Pilates teacher myself it's really refreshing to follow a class that focuses on the true essence of Pilates. In other words, not bashing out loads of repetition and focusing on quality of movement rather than quantity. All of these exercises within this well put together routine can be really effective if done in the correct way and beneficial for everybody from beginner to advanced. It's so nice to just follow a class and not have to think about the routine for a change!

Thanks for this one, but my husband I agree that it isn`t really intermediate, but rather pretty basic, as the series are almost all there, but repetitions are very few. Having said that, it still gave us some variation to our daily shut-down routine. Thanks!
I started following this routine many months ago after a back injury. At first I did the routine sporadically, and I couldn't do all of the exercises correctly. Gradually I did the routine more consistently and was able to do everything. Subsequently I have modified to fit what works for me, and I am "functionally" much better in life as a result. This worked for me, THANKS

I appreciate that this is a nice class for those looking for a gentle, intro or injury- focused practice; however, the title indicates that it is an intermediate level class. Granted, I did not read the description because I trusted that the instructor would have titled it accurately. Regardless, the result is that this can be very misleading and frustrating for those who were looking for an intermediate-level class. I did not feel any workout at all, given that there were so few reps of each exercise. I have a toddler at home and time for a workout is limited and precious. I just wasted that time because this class is inappropriately titled. Please be more mindful of accuracy, so that others are not turned off as well.
This is far more basic than intermediate. But for a basic Pilates it would be ok
good instructor and good routine but definitely more beginner than intermediate level. if it were truly intermediate there would have been less instruction and done in 30 minutes , not 45. i would like to check out her other workouts and hopefully find one more intense and quicker.

In my humble opinion, this is too easy to be intermediate. Moreover, it is weird to me that each exercise is not counted to 8 as normal pilates.
