This really is a great workout for an all over Pilates workout WITHOUT having to lie down. Huge benefit if you suffer from vertigo!! (Or just did your hair!!!). Just found it and will be looking out for more. Many Thanks!

Good workout, felt nice and relaxing and meditation then super intense, which allowed time to focus, breath and feel the workout a little more internally.
