This 30-minute Standing Full-Body Pilates Workout will challenge your balance, stability and core. If you’re looking to change up your standard pilates mat workout, this standing class is just the thing!
The stabilizing muscles in your legs, hips and glutes will feel the burn during the balancing exercises. Upper body exercises are added in to strengthen the back and shoulder muscles, and help you find better posture and alignment.
Enjoy this standing pilates full-body workout on those days when you just don’t feel like coming to the floor! I find many of these standing exercises even more challenging than some of the traditional floor exercises. It’s always fun to change it up and work different muscles!
