    This really is a great workout for an all over Pilates workout WITHOUT having to lie down. Huge benefit if you suffer from vertigo!! (Or just did your hair!!!). Just found it and will be looking out for more. Many Thanks!

    This workout is just right -- impactful moves but not overly strenuous. Standing movements are a nice counter to the floor work of my yin yoga practice. Thank you!

    This is a good workout. Could even be an hourlong one. I prefer mirror image but was able to switch it on my own for this workout. Thanks!!!

    Thank you so much for a fantastic standing workout. Please can we have more 15 minute standing ones, so I can do before work.
    Can only do the standing ones due to back and coccyx problems.

    Good workout, felt nice and relaxing and meditation then super intense, which allowed time to focus, breath and feel the workout a little more internally.
