The CT state police couldn’t help themselves. If they had completely ignored Sean, then this video would receive very few views. Instead, they issued arbitrary and capricious orders based on shifting justifications. You need to understand some things about Internal Affairs:
1) They do not investigate CRIMES that officers commit. They only investigate violations of department policies and procedures.
2) They get to interpret violations any way they see fit, so it is most likely, since they are all in this together, that unless there is something so massive the deparment can't sweep it under the rug, it will get swept under the rug.
3) They are SUPPOSED to refer criminal matters (if they think they find any) to the DA office, they don't always do this, and quite often the DA office is in with the police and will just find a reason to not bring charges.
4) They only thing that brings about change is documented evidence and enough public outrage and response to FORCE them to make a change. All you tens of thousands of viewers need to make noise somehow to that deparment. I am not going to suggest how you do this because tying up their phone lines with a massive amount of phone calls might be considered inciting harassment of some sort, and I would never, ever suggest something like that.
By who...this is the problem..we rely on the same entity that terrorizes us to investigate themselves

I remember him saying that he found some advertised on amazon. So to play the devil's advocate I imagine they are not all that easy to detect. If it was done well I'm sure it would be really hard to spot. Like how they can make a pair of glasses or a button on a shirt into a camera. If you had something that looked like a conventional camera because they are fairly bulky things, you could easily have a bullet firing mechanism hidden inside, undetectable to the average person.
