Fellow Patriots & Freedom Lovers, I was peacefully exercising my constitutional rights at the Connecticut State Police Headquarters when I was confronted by a State Trooper who said that my recording was “suspicious” and that my camera was scaring people. The Trooper went as far to say I could be charged with Breaching The Peace. While it was very disappointing to come across a Trooper who was obviously ignorant of the law and our rights things got much worse. As I was making my way inside the State Police Headquarters to submit a FOIA request I was confronted by Sgt. Bryan Fahey. The same Sgt. Who almost two years ago violently assaulted me, broke my camera and violated my rights. I know this will come as no shock to anyone but he was not held accountable for his criminal psychotic behavior. Which is main reason why he did it again! No accountability. We the People need to hold this lunatic tyrant accountable! We have seen it time and time again they have not been getting the message, and when a lawsuit goes through what's the outcome? A small settlement, a tiny suspension or they retire and move to a new department. There is no real accountability and they keep on doing what they do. Now what would happen if one ended up "in the line of duty" and worked its way through the courts again and the person was found not guilty because they were given unlawful directives, assaulted and used self-defence? Then I am CONFIDENT the message would get around that LEO is NOT above the law and can be held to the ultimate accountability. Dont submit a request of the body camera because she doesnt turn it on unless she is about to contact someone. Submit the request for the buildings security camera recordings. After all, it is a PUBLIC building and paid for by the tax payers.

One of the root causes is the poor training and also the choice of person to do the training. Upcoming tyrants trained by professional tyrants. Police academies spend too much time training officers on how to control law-abiding citizens, sometimes using force to do so. More time should be given to teaching new recruits about constitutional rights and de-escalation techniques.
