What I like so much is that you teach basic techniques but with such a creative and aesthetic example that it makes so much fun and inspires on the way.
Super interesting! Since the base model was just a simple cube I feel like the animated influence could have been easily done in the shader as well but the dynamic paint approach is sooo much more flexible when it comes to more complex meshes, thanks very much.
Just saw this on my feed, it makes me so happy to see how far you’ve come! I still remember when you hit 300 subs and how amazing that was, and to see you having 43k+ and getting sponsorships just made my day. You deserve it ❤
I have 14 hours in the blender and I decided to do everything as shown in the video... I don’t believe that the author once understood nothing as much as I did
It is easy but without good hardware it's rough like I've made really cool animations but I can't render them because it'd take 1 month to render a 13 minute of animation video so yeah it all comes down to your skills but without good hardware it's an uphill battle
Ive been there and i have to say, "limitation forces creativity", e.g. I developed a cool cell shader in eevee because my laptop couldn't handle cycles. and i rendered between 8-12 fps instead of 24-30. It isnt optimal but it can still be just as impressive. Good luck 🙏
Render in half the FPS and resolution you want. Afterwards you can upscale and interpolate with AI. Also 13 minutes is a very long render! Even on a good pc that takes a long time. Try making ur animatoin loop seamlessly.
I've made a scene using this effect and it doesn't show in my render, can anyone help. IDK what to do anymore. When I try to render animation it's only showing a rectangle with lights and material without the weight paint effect...
Your shading is amazing man! It would be so nice to have deeper insights in your shading skills and processes xx
