my Mac 1 was crashing a lot when I was using blender its mostly due to the cores and ram of the software I ended up stitching to pc and custom pc and solar 0 crashes and no slowing down when working on heavy files I still use my Mac but more for concept design and character sculpting or objects and any heavy files I do it on my pc love your work keep it up bro :D

@@attimp4 Alrighty, I was like 98% sure you were talking about Quixel Bridge but that 2% had me buggin. Also quick thing about their TOS/License, if I'm not mistaken, the "free" assets you're talking about are under their "Unreal License" which states that the assets can only be used in Unreal Engine aside from manipulation in other softwares like Blender. But what do I know, I'm still gonna use their assets tho. Thanks!
Could Flip Fluids be used to add a realistic sand to the hourglass?
I don't thinks it's impossible, but honestly blenders internal water sim is probably better for sand at this moment in time. Also for this project it just wasn't worth imo.
