U answering phones u an employee. if not you answering phones less than half the time So some one else answering the phone more than you if you getting half what are they getting 80%? Answering the phone something you should do for your significant other anyway is not a skill worth half of any company even if the company is kicking rocks on the side of the road. After you answered the phone u take a message or you give the phone to someone who actually knows something and is doing the actual work.

This scenario doesn’t make sense because you’re speaking from an employee standpoint. When two people are married it’s a union and everything becomes one unless it’s a pre-marital asset. If your partner has stayed home and take care in care of the kids while you go out to work and have the ability to run your multi million dollar business and yes your partner and kids get half.

Exactly! Men are literally expected/required to do everything in society. Being average as a man isn’t praised like being an average woman, so men have to rise above more just be valued the same as females. Entering into a marriage is no way similar as to entering into a million dollar contract. The contract is too benefit myself(the individual), a marriage is to benefit the woman. This is an interesting topic. I think it would be interesting to understand how people view marriage. Back in the day, when women didn't have any rights to vote, own property, or make decisions about her money that her family gave her, going into a marriage was like an 'insurance policy' to make sure she is taken care of by a husband who will not only provide but manage any funds that she might have inherited.
Fast forward to these "modern times", we have women who now have the rights and means to make money by working outside of the home or through entrepreneurship and may not necessarily marry for security. Having multiple streams of income is common now and should be the norm. Unless that woman's ultimate goal is to be a stay-at-home mom, or she want to homeschool their children, there is at least a two income household existing. And for those women who want to stay at home for whatever reason, that man and woman should discuss how they will manage the household and uphold the marriage prior to getting married.
I personally think marriage is for those who love each other and who want to build something together for their legacy(children/children's children). Marriage is a partnership -- it's a reason why the Pastor says, "What God has put together let no man asunder". You are One. Therefore, from the point of unification everything you do is for the bond(family, legacy). That requires maturity, selflessness, patience, and respect.
If folks are worried about if the marriage fails, and they both have risk in the union, then I don't see anything wrong with a prenup. I just think most folks are not thinking about having such a document or don't have enough to justify the extra paperwork. And depending on where you live, honestly it might not be needed if you live in a community property state where everything is split 50/50 if you divorce.
Marriage is actually good for both man and woman if they are with the right person. Married men tend to take care of themselves more health wise b/c the wife insists on it, and the wife has the security of her husband regardless if she is working or not. If they are really doing it right, they both help and support each other as they grow as individuals and as a couple. They will be force that is unstoppable.
Never ever get married, there is no good reason to do so for men.
