This is very informative and so true because I grew up in Jamaica and I came to states when I was 18 and I didn’t know ANYONE back then who had cancer or any of these other common diseases until I came to the United States where cancer is a common disease. I never been to a doctor for yearly check ups because I did not have any insurance, yearly check ups are not common and I have never been Ill. I have never been to a dentist until I came to the United States once I had a job with insurance. The first I went to the dentist, I did not have any cavities and the dentist was amazed by how great my teeth look. Most of the foods I ate in Jamaica came from the earth and we raised our own chickens, cows, pigs etc. The food here in America is NOT real food and it’s killing us.

I can totally relate what he’s saying. I grew up in rural Kenya where we grew our own food or bought local produce. I can count the number of times I was sick. Less than 5 in 18 years. When I came to America I get sick almost every month. My brain is always foggy. When I go back home for a week I’m myself again. Unfortunately it’s incredibly difficult to find non GMO foods in US without paying a premium

I used to be 100% plant-based but then I began researching further and found that fish was a part of our evolution and our brains grew based on the consumption of omega 3s that were acquired through fish, which also impact mental health. I’m still trying to figure out the best way to eat for me, but I do consume 90% vegetables, and 10% protein in the form of three cans of sardines weekly. I also eat organic veggies, no processed food, fruit in the fall, and no sugar. I am so proud of how I eat now versus how I used to eat, but I’m still figuring things out. I really enjoyed this show!

He is speaking so much truth. I used to wake up with blood in my mouth daily without any solution except medication but I didn’t want to live like that as I had just finished high school. I went vegan and within 3 weeks it was gone. I started consuming meat again and I noticed if I ate meat in the states, issue. If I ate it abroad (I work as an international flight attendant) no issues. Though, in Europe we are seeing a rise in plant based so more soy. He has me contemplating going back to a plant based life. I only went back to meat because it was hard to manage my iron deficiency otherwise.
I should mention I also went from 245lbs to 157lbs in a drop of a dime when I changed those habits. Live healthy y’all, it helps you think clearly too.

Thats a good regimen, except you generally don't need to supplement iron. One of the ways of processing foods is adding reduced iron to bread and cereals. Something to avoid if you see it on the label. We get more than enough iron from food sources today. The body has a hard time disposing of excess iron.

in Jamaica growing up in the rural/country area where i was born. we used to have what we called 'bush doctors' where people from alll over would go to and tell them their ailments and problems. and believe it or not these bush doctors would Always know what herbs and bushes to recommend to people to cure (not band-aid up) their illnesses. they people would Never ask for payment and they would naturally heal soooo many people. a perfect example, my older brother was born with a really bad asthma and one of the bush doctors recommended something to my grandma at the time. some plant roots and herbs was put in a bottle and placed under the earth for days to ferment and after my brother took that for some days the asthma disappeared completely. thats when i knew nothing a Doc could prescribe off the shelf is better than what came out of the earth.
its a pity most of these bush doctors have passed away due to old age. Later-on in life however i came across someone similar; Dr Sebi. Nuff said.

What's always baffled me is why all the additives. Guragum, frutcose, suraclose, stabilisers, thickening agents the list is endless and all I wanted to drink was a carton coconut water. Didn't even open it left on a wall!! Was so annoyed. Then the water I brought called smart water with added electrolytes had a ph level of 4!! Super acidic. This guy is a proponent of the new age plantbased movement. He'll gloss over issues vegans have had that cause them to go back to eating meat and get healthy. Balance is the key. Eating completely plantbased is inferior to a clean omnivorous diet. The main issues in the American diet are sugar and grains, which interfere with your body absorbing nutrients.

This guy really knows the subject. Back here in Africa, precisely Nigeria where I am at, our people who live mostly in the villages and live on plants and herbs they source directly from the soil, are living longer lives, and healthier than people who live in the cities and towns, and depend mostly on proceed foods. Organic is really the natural way to go if one desires healthy living. But somehow, the so-called developed countries realize that they cannot change our demographics unless they destroy our soil with their inorganic materials that not only destroy the soil but also negatively affect the well-being of the people. I guess all these are part of reducing our population and making us depend on the neo-colonial countries for everything that we need. But thank God we are catching with the awareness of how negative they are to us. So kudos to you bro.👌👌👌
