    Hi Ridhi, I just finished this workout, and I could not go about my day without commenting. This is one of the most beginner friendly workouts that I have came across youtube. I felt so happy and proud after completing it. Usually, after a workout, I used to feel very unworthy and sorry for myself that I couldn't do certain exercises or if I needed more break time than the creator but this video is so so perfect. I'm so excited to come back and workout tomorrow. I'm so so thankful to you. Please keep posting more beginner friendly workout videos. You're a godsend❤

    Honestly I think I'm able to stay consistent on my weight loss journey is because I know that your rooting for all of us pcos girlies and generally by looking at your excitement I'm more motivated to stay on track...lots of love ❤
