Hi Ridhi, I just finished this workout, and I could not go about my day without commenting. This is one of the most beginner friendly workouts that I have came across youtube. I felt so happy and proud after completing it. Usually, after a workout, I used to feel very unworthy and sorry for myself that I couldn't do certain exercises or if I needed more break time than the creator but this video is so so perfect.
