      Hey! Absolutely not just having simple homemade meals is good too. I recently started taking protein powder due to my soy allergy and I couldn’t complete my protein intake with diet. But if you can do it with your diet then its good 🙌

      @@KusumKaushal-k1k thats true 🥲 honestly this is the reason why I included plant protein powder in my diet coz peanut butter has a lot of calories too. Which might cause weight gain more than muscle gain.

    GIRLLL, I've done your upper body, even abs workout BUTTT what was this?     I did it and it was actually worth it. As it's been 1 year of me doing similar exercises from chloe ting's channel, I believe it was a little easier now that I have enough practice and strength. Also, I used a 10 kgs dumbbell for some of them to make it hurt more, the exercise changed a little bit but I love the burn after.🔥🔥🔥wish me luck for the future, still 7 kgs left to loose😭
