this is one of my favorite workouts so far! you dont get many videos that incorporate calves and the side booty! the ab workouts hurt so bad - thats when you KNOW its good!

I have been wanting to get back to using dumbbells and couldn't find a good video that is not to hard and that is knee friendly until this one. I am sweating but I completed the workout and I am so happy, thank you. I would love more videos like this

Great workout. I enjoyed doing both the upper-body and lower-body exercises. I only did a few of the modified exercises for the lower body, but other than that, I enjoyed it all.
I loved it thank you so much. It was perfect for me. I am about 13 weeks post knee replacement surgery so squatting is still a little bit of a challenge and painful. I actually did it twice. ❤
I love not having to bend my knees a ton, so this no squat/lunge thing is wonderful! Really enjoyed this workout. (though when there are lunges, I just don't go down far so I can modify) . and the length is great for after work.

I love the slow muscle focus and explanation of best form so to get results on each muscle area. . Love this so much please do more!!!! I also love your calm voice and how you say to use our form.
