    My favorite of yours so far! Yes, please more workouts without squats & lunges. I love being able to complete a full workout without trying to figure out my own modification or different exercise entirely when knees are involved!

    this is one of my favorite workouts so far! you dont get many videos that incorporate calves and the side booty! the ab workouts hurt so bad - thats when you KNOW its good!

    I love this workout without squats and lunges. Your workouts are easy to follow and fun to complete. Also love the modifications which I occasionally take as I’m starting up again after injuries to my hip flexor.

    Yes please to more workouts without the squats or lunges, I think that I have overdone the squats and lunges in your other workouts and my knees are not liking it!     I love having the option of 20 minutes when I am short on time. I also like the break from squats and lunges. I need tonwork on hip stability and flexibility so this was a great workout for me.

    Great workout. I enjoyed doing both the upper-body and lower-body exercises. I only did a few of the modified exercises for the lower body, but other than that, I enjoyed it all.

    I love not having to bend my knees a ton, so this no squat/lunge thing is wonderful! Really enjoyed this workout. (though when there are lunges, I just don't go down far so I can modify) . and the length is great for after work.

    Excellent! I loved this as you can use the modify which I did. I love knee friendly and less squats and lunges. I love the slow muscle focus and explanation of best form so to get results on each muscle area. . Love this so much please do more!!!! I also love your calm voice and how you say to use our form.     This was the perfect workout, although I can no longer do any shoulder work. The no squats/no lunges worked perfectly for this 66 year young lady! Can you please create more like this and maybe something with less shoulder work!😊😊😊😊😊😊
