I watch a lot of trucker videos and yours are the best on here. I think some day this is what i want to do when everything is right for me to make the Jump. Keep it up, Thanks for making them.
I just stumbled on your videos today Dan, and they struck an interest. Brought back memories I guess you could say. I started driving in the late 70's and pulled a flat bed for a long time and enjoyed it but couldn't stick with it. But I am still trucking 30 some yrs later just not otr, but still love it. Thanks Dan. I'm enjoying the videos.
nice job on the video super trucker Dan glad that you are ok .untill next time be safe be safe on your adventure from Paris Texas God bless you and thanks for keeping American rolling
I enjoyed the segment at the end, also...been 35 years since I hauled dry van, and if I wasn't ready for the sleeper, used to watch trucks with their loads...mostly cabovers back then...
Do you keep a tennis ball or Frisbee in your truck so you can play catch & fetch with Cali dog? Dogs usually love to play games like that & is a good way for her to run off her steam and use her coordination, & you get to be involved too, everyone wins. To me dogs that become "truckers" become very special animals and I always enjoy seeing them. I never saw you back up that fast, as those other drivers at the truck stop except the one flatbed, LoL.. Nice choices in music, at least for me. I would call that chain pattern you did on the army trucks a upside down "V" pattern. You need one of those Hummers to run around your home ranch in and hunt Goffers & Prairie Dogs, LOL Thanks Dan for your video. As always Thumbs UP !!!
Another great video hope you had a good fathers day even know you were probably working...you still got the best trucking videos stay safe out there big Dan👍
I drive KC to Indianapolis all the time. I-70 in missouri is always nuts. Also you caught all the lake traffic from the south. Truman Lake, Lake of the Ozarks, Table Rock, and People that float the rivers.
Schools out Dan and Fathers day of course great video , campers and trailers coming to your roads .Plenty of nuts on the roads and breakdowns. Be alert BUD. Dave. Music request. PINK FLOYD .your pick of song.
You talking about how people should hook up chains seems like common sense to me. It amazes me on how many people don't have common sense these days. It's like it is genetic and that more people are being born without it. I thought evolution is suppose to make us better not worse. I liked that time lapse at the end, crazy how many trucks are pulling in and out of that place. Makes me wish I was a truck stop owner, "show me the money". Thanks Dan for another good video.
I appreciate those Walmarts so much! Went to one the other day in Manchester Tennessee. Had like 10-15 actual truck spots. THANK YOU WALMART! Nice video stay safe.
I walked around with trash and had to find a dumpster for another store. There were no trash cans near the trucks. I saw carts with piles of trash in them. Walmart didn't make it easy, but still there is no excuse for leaving your garbage for someone else to pick up. We are on the same page there.
Good video. Thanks for sharing. I agree with the binder on each corner suggestion. I do the same as well. I think the added traffic maybe due to schools being out and more people are traveling for the summer. Take care and be safe.
good video. I left Belleville Illinois on Sunday traffic was terrible and I live in Columbia Missouri and I was looking for your truck thinking one day I might see it.
we went thru Alabama on 65 N. Saturday (6/17/17) and traffic was brutal......we had stops and backups prolly 6 or 7 times for no apparent reason. Crazy!
G'day, Dan! Welcome to Michigan, the Great Lake state. It's really nice to hear your driving/passing this way through Michigan, quite unique among the states in that it is divided into two distint geographic sections, the Upper peninsula, and the Lower peninsula. The Upper and Lower Peninsulas were connected in 1957 with the construction of Big Mac, the Mackinac Bridge. Would love to say, hello! Thank you! Safe driving! :-)
the weather should be a little cooler up in Michigan i saw reports that temperatures in the midwest and out in your neck of the woods in the high 90s and in the 100s safe traveling.
Those look like M31E2 Biological Integrated Detection System (BIDS) hummers based on the M1152 chassis. Those things arent cheap. Each probably costs more than your truck, lol.
Yea.....that and ILL A NOISE...lolol. I love it. I grew up in southern Illinois...Belleville, so know that are pretty well. My son drives flat bed for ATS, so I enjoy keeping track of a bunch of you guys. Keep up the good work.
Just curious do you shower everyday and change clothing. I say this with all respect not a joke. Thank you. I'm just wondering wondering how hard this might be.
+Edgar Gonzalez That's a fair question. I try to shower as often as I can. At least every other day. Especially if I've been working i.e. Tarping/chaining down. I carry 10 days worth of clothes. I try to do laundry every weekend.
Love hearing the turbo spooling up when you are accelurating.

11:15 i can never understand why drivers nose into parking spots
Some say to protect their hood. I say if my hood gets hit its on them but if I'm blind backing out and hit someone it's on me.
