I’ve recently found out that I have a high sensitivity to gluten and I’m lactose intolerant. Have to avoid sugar also. These videos give me hope that I can eat normal food.
I’m the exact same way. It can be hard at first. The biggest thing that helps me is just by eating whole real food. Fruits, veggies, and meat are all naturally dairy and gluten free. The way I plan all of my meals is I choose my protein and then my veg. If I’m eating carbs, I’ll also choose a starch such as rice, potatoes, or sweet potatoes. I try and stay away from all of the gluten free substitute foods. I just don’t feel good when I eat that stuff. If I have a sweet tooth I eat fruit. Any and all fruit if fair game if I’m not restricting carbs. It makes it really doable for me.
I’ve been stuck in a rut cooking the same things over and over and I’m getting so bored! Seeing this gives me some ideas and I love that they are quick! Thanks.
Very expensive in Australia. I would recommend 2 eggs, one can 90grams tuna and four tablespoons high protein cottage cheese, a cup of frozen broccoli, a cup of frozen beans, topped with two grated carrots and a grated apple. Mix in pepper and a teaspoon of olive oil. Flavor with pure spices and herbs.

dont forget to wash your chicken. I soak mine in water and a tblspn of vinager or baking soda. it cleans it well and takes that slimy film off.

Why? They don't have gluten, they are pure protein.
Both eggs and beef do not contain gluten :)
It's probably because when you see gluten a for dairy free recipes they usually go totally vegan.
