I just made the salmon bowls, and I will definitely make these again! I made a smaller portion so I could try it first (I know I like salmon, but have never had cauliflower rice) I did just coconut aminos marinade and no avocado to keep it simple. The salmon took less than 5 minutes to cook and it all came together so fast. 10/10

I eat a lot of healthy fats (high in cal) to compliment the animal protein and veggies. :)
