    these are great recipes! also they are "gut friendly" for healthy people not for someone with any kind of autoimmune condition or leaky gut or gut sensitivities because of the night shades and onion 🙌

    I just made the salmon bowls, and I will definitely make these again! I made a smaller portion so I could try it first (I know I like salmon, but have never had cauliflower rice) I did just coconut aminos marinade and no avocado to keep it simple. The salmon took less than 5 minutes to cook and it all came together so fast. 10/10

    Is the salmon supposed to be eaten cold like a salad or is the rice and salmon reheated?

    How do you make sure you get enough calories?
    Veg basically has no calories

      I eat a lot of healthy fats (high in cal) to compliment the animal protein and veggies. :)
