Love your videos, Katelynn! 😊 Could you do a video on tips for how to eat intuitively? I know that sounds like a dumb question, but as someone who grew up having to finish all the food on their plate at dinner, I find it so hard to listen to hunger cues and also how to know when I’m hungry vs when I’m just craving something. Also how to stand your ground when people are pressuring you to eat something that you don’t want to. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
That is not dumb at ALL!! It is such a great question and so many people grew up like you having to finish their food. My girls tell me all the time their friend’s were raised like that. I am an intuitive eater and always have been before it even had a name. 😂 You raise a valid point of knowing how to recognize when you are needing more food or not. It is such an important one. Hopefully she makes that video, it is sooo important. Food is everything.
