The major take away is how the bull they spewed about his ‘words’ to her made her have to respond in murder? Bs. Words are words. He probably didn’t even say any of the bs anyway but IF he did words do not equal death.
Amazing how these criminals and their lawyers always have some bs to put in the case to embarrass the victims. Lawyers should be disbarred for saying bs.

If it’s short time partners makes sense to just let go. But this is why marriage when ends all property is split and I think it’s fair even if the wife is the attorney or doctor or whatever.

It was the idea of him being with the Kentucky girl, specifically, and his interest in her, not someone else, that pushed the crazy ex-gf to become jealous, irrational and murder him. It would have been and could have been any girl, but it wasn’t. It was this girl. Idk how you could think anything different. She had an image of her downloaded to her computer, and they were going on a date the night she took his life. She wasn’t going to let that date take place, with her. No “would haves” about it. Honestly your perspective exemplifies the consequences of the toxic “me too” movement and it is scary to see.
