20 mins in. this lady defending dude so hard. thats eerily similar to the case where dude murders his wife brutally. and his ex wife (or gf from 20 years ago) testified and told her story about how he almost killed her in the same way. but the saddest part but the wife who died, 20 years ago she testified in the 1st girl's case saying HE WOULD NEVER DO THAT! he sat in jail for years on attempted murder and she ended up marrying him after he got out of jail and he killed her in the same exact way she promised he wasnt like that

The google search for chloroform they thought was done at 12:30 and that was the time only George Anthony was home BUT a year later they found out the time was an hour off & come to find out it was at 1:30 when George was gone to work and only Casey was home, George was already gone to work and Casey had gotten home when he left! They said that could had been a huge piece of evidence against her but they didn't find out until a year it was a recall on the programming with the timing error but she had already been acquitted!

People who knew him said he was violent , the internet searches literally stated that he was looking into killing his cheating wife, the fact his son changed what he stated after being away from his father, and the logistics of falling onto a rake is so unbelievable. those things ALONE prove that he killed her. the jury made the right call. The 911 call definitely didn’t help but without it I think he would’ve been sent to prison anyway.

Re poor Dylan. I’ve heard many cases on UA-cam where a child doesn’t want to go see a particular parent, forced to go & then wind up hurt or killed. A child’s will should supersede any court order. There’s a reason why children don’t want to go to a parent. Abuse is the reason. The courts need to change. It’s ridiculous how a child is forced into dangerous situations. Just ridiculous

We all react differently to situations like this to hear a juror talk about being persuaded by someone's emotion or lack of emotion is alarming. He knew being convicted, his son would be an orphan and he would spend the rest of his life behind bars. Also the love between them had faded. All this could very well have made him numb and seemingly cold. A conviction should be based on facts, evidence and credible witnesses, not feelings or beliefs! The justice system didn’t fail the jury did. God forbid you ruined a family and he actually is innocent.
