Technically there is. The constitution gives the right to a speedy trial, and yes cold murder cases have be dismissed based on the right to a speedy trial. Might wanna do some research, cause it actually happens all the time, and judge shave the right to end murder cases based on the years since the crime, because it violated the accused person's rights.

My guardian in high school found her husband and his best friend unalived via knife in the middle of the night when we couldn’t get ahold of him and he hadn’t come home yet so she went to his shop and walked in and found them. She did the same thing that caller did on this case, she did not touch them, she knew they were gone and didn’t want to disturb anything that could be evidence. We got very lucky (if there’s any luck in a murder case) they found the perpetrators who did it 3 months later and they’re now spending their life in prison without a chance of parole.

Wow over a child that is going to grow up? I Dont understand how people cant realize thst children need both parents... a true selfishness of a parent to keep children away from the other parent unless there is true concern. Some parents are meant to be kept away from their children and thats for their own safety amd why because of such cases like this or worse

Her husband has been and is on their radar. I'm sure he looks over his shoulder every single day. He watches what he says on phone calls. He inspects his house and vehicles regularly for taps. He even worries about his son turning on him and supplying further evidence to the authorities.

Howard must have something just as serious as murder on his friend for him to do life and not say anything. I hope any girl out there thinking of dating this guy see's this, I said girl because that female that came into the police department very afraid of him looks very young also, I'd move out of town quietly, he's scarry, I don't think his kids like him, they don't refer to him as Dad

I know he was angry and felt wronged about the infidelity (who’s to say she didn’t feel like a prisoner of a narcissist) but gosh, just walk away! Earn the time to see your son by being a decent person and dad. Now he doesn’t get to see his son anyway. Probably at all. What a terrible loss.
