I was doing 911 dispatch for a neighboring county to Orlando) when this happened, one of my supervisors played the call for us and we were super suspect of his crying.
They may not have worked as a couple but doesn't mean you can't be sad for someone you did love once, and also she's his son's mother so he's probably also sad for their son who now has to live without his mum
