I feel inclined to react to this video again. North - South, East - West, this one is the best! By watching the postures, one gets the impression they are taken out of a constructed photo book. All of them are perfect and could serve as a standard template. Also perfect are timing, pace and the asana sequence.
This was fantastic! Very slow and intense, really builds up heat, and the commentary made me very aware of what was going on in my body. I've done lots of yoga videos on youtube, but your videos are the best and most challenging, and combine mental awareness, concentration, and physical challenge all together in a way that other videos don't! Thank you!
Oh thanks, i'm glad you appreciate the videos.
This is such a classic Tim! I'm putting this one at the top of my rotation! It's a nice variation of your long body burn one. You're amazing. Years and years of enjoying your content! xo
This is a great sequence. It has the "right" speed for me. I am 66 years old, and, although I admire the fast Vinyasa flows, shown by many yoga teachers here on UA-cam, they are impossible to do for my age group. Therefore I am grateful to you Tim, to provide routines that I can do. They are still challenging enough but still give all the benefits one expects from an Asana session.
Thank you very much Tim, and the lady in the video, the above sequence will be become, as some of your other vinyasa videos, one of my household routines. Keep up the good work!
andrederksenable Thanks for the kind words and encouragement. I'm glad you're doing things to keep your body healthy.
I'm 42... I've only been practicing for about 2 years. I find the very fast paced flows, although admirable, are something that I tend to injure myself with. Unless I'm feeling amazing that day and very on point, the faster flows are just not good for me.
Thank you so much, Tim and Stacy for this perfect slow flow and the tons of happiness and insight it gave me. I'll definitely do it again for a yummy weekend yoga treat. Stacy's graceful, elegant moves, her sublime postures and your ,as always, excellent commentary really raised my awareness and focus on what's happening in the body when going through the Asanas. What an exciting little step on my personal Yoga trail this video is :)! Namaste!!!
still a go to and all time favorite !!!! Thank you both!!!
I am writing from India. We are under a lockdown at the moment. I am so glad to have found your site to substitute for my Iyengar Yoga class that I can't go to. Love the clear instructions, the pace and the flow. I look forward to practicing a different sequence everyday. Thank you Yoga Dose!.
fantastic practice- your instruction is phenomenal. loved how the slower pace allowed for deep stretches and the holding poses, for strength. thank you so much!
Barbara Kurz Thanks Barbara. I like it slow too.
This is awesome Vinyasa flow! Just practiced it 30 minutes ago and I enjoyed it a lot! Thanks!
***** Cool. Thanks.
Class starts off as a slow level 1.5, but ends as a level 2. A well balanced class that I will revisit.
amazing video! stacy has such a grace! it was slow and claming and in the same time strong. thank you!
I have said this before, i will say it again - Tim, you are a rock star. Your instructions make me so aware of each and every part of my body. I don't have the words to express my gratitude so a simple Thank You will have to suffice.
An acrobatic flow total work out and lovely ocean sounds to be relaxed during the lessons class Thanksgiving Stacy and Tim Namaste 🙏
Loved the longer length of this one, it was great to spend a hour+ listening to your voice Tim!
Victoria Cascio haha, thanks Victoria.
Excellent class Tim! The class length and pacing was just right for the strong practice. Thank you!
+Alicia Hall Awesome, thanks for sharing.
Your adjustments are INCREDIBLE. Your commentary made me much more mindful than I am during my normal home practice. Thank you so much for this incredible and beautiful video. I think I found my new favorite yoga channel! :) Namaste
Wow - an amazing yoga class - one of the best I have ever done online.
still gold this one..
Thank you for this great class! It was very challenging, as it was slow but very strong. Liked it a lot!
through out my vacation you have been my salvation for the practice, thank you I send you the best wishes :)

pixiedust2415 I love when the universe works things out like that. Glad you feel it a blessing ;)
Wonderful challenging smooth flow! Really enjoyed the back work. And thank u for the tips on my toes and feet~ I’ve never really paid attention to the positioning of the muscles in my feet before. Thank you!
Very cool morning session!
After doing this routine twice already, I'm really loving it. Really appreciate the longer length. Listening to your voice is super calming. Some more long ones (1hr+) in the future? Really loved this one. Hope your arm is doing well. Thank you so much.
wishfulthinking Yes, I'm working on it. Maybe in the next two weeks.
That was incredible! Great instruction along the way. Thank you.

+Michelle Sweeney Nice!
Made it 50 mins on that one, getting better!! Love this video too
Wow!!
Found this practice delicious in many ways, thank you! Strong, mindful, great sequenced and easy to follow. Also, it was lovely to have a few minutes of savasana, with the sound of the sea, at the end ...savoring the practice :))) Enjoyed lots!
joylovebliss That's great, glad we made it work for you ;)
WOW!!! Such an amazing class and Stacy's pacing is perfect! Thank you:)
Yoga With Tim Doing Yoga on the pier on a sunny, breezy day is the perfect combination. Plus this routine looks very inviting. Crisp and clean movements in and around the flow. Gonna give this a shot today.
Knarf Seyer How'd it go?
Yoga With Tim It was definitely a challenging flow, a moderately difficult exercise in patience. Not in a bad way, though. I typically do flows around 30-40mins at the longest. I have only done a few hour long flows but while the physical aspect is challenging it is mentally challenging. But I loved it. I like your videos along with ***** videos. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
Tim, thank you so much for your powerful lessons
Great flow man. I've been practicing on your channel and Lesley's for the past month--it's been so beneficial! Thanks for the effort you've put into these flows.
This is amazing and challenging class, steinsy is a great yoga teacher, this video help me to release more energy than usual and i like it, i also notice your Laugh tim when steinsy did more difficult and challenging postures at the end of the class :). This video made my day.
thanks for all of you
Love this flow Tim, thank you so much for sharing your gift.
+Sara Kosteva Thanks Sara
Look forward to a Cali visit soon so I can meet you in person.
Love practicing with you, as does my Mother.
Great I love the breakdown great teaching lesson thank you The best part of doing this that online at home is I could pause it here in there
Thanks for the class Tim! Worked up a sweat but was very energized, i loved it! Hope you get better soon! Namaste :)
Jo Miller Thanks Jo, I really appreciate your dedication.
On a grey sleeting day in Maine you warmed us up. Thanks!

My first time too! did you do it again?
@@DarcyKentActor haha, i dont even remember writing this comment 3 years ago, i did the class maybe one or two more times, but there are so many amazing yoga videos i have in my playlist that i didnt really get to this class in the last two years or so. thank you for reminding me to do this one too again :) :)
Great video! I like the longer ones, more than 60 minutes. 😃

Superb!!! Loved it
I really love this video! I love getting in depth in each posture! I would love to see more videos or depth internal postures, the vinyasas kick my ass to fast. but the internal work is so good for my muscle and mind
+Lexi L OK thanks for the feedback
O my! that was a strong one!
Gratitude
Tommy
Beautiful video!!
Challenging but very rewarding, I know what I have to practice more on in future videos and classes.
Gina Rivera Totally, keep practicing.
Second time this week I've done this practice. It was hard, but fun. I'd some gawd moments and full smiling moments too. I suspect I snoozed off just a bit during shavasana. :)
Lv Girliel That's always a nice savasana, where you get a little snooze.
Yay! First one.
Thanks Tim.
Beautiful sequence! I found your channel some days ago and since that point of time i'm practicing a lot at home with your videos. I love the way you teach! Looking forward to visit one of your retreats one day :) Namasté Sandy
That would be awesome. The retreats are really a great way to grow your practice and meet great people.
Thank you very much. !
Love the pace and the flow :) :)
Pulled me out of a terrible mood today. Thank you, sir. :)
+Autumn Andrews You're welcome Autumn. Thanks for posting

(Tim I hope your arm doing better)
karendarling1 Arm is all better! Thanks
Great video, I was waiting for this routine and poses. I wish it was you in the video though ;( there are enough girls doing yoga tutorial on UA-cam already.
***** Thanks, if my arm wasn't broken I would have.
I love your videos!!! Hope your arm gets better...Is there anyway you could turn up the volume on your end...I have mine cranked and I miss half the instructional portions so I am having to spend most of my time looking at the screen or catching up..THANK YOU :)
Oh Tim, I feel sorry about your arm... I hope you get well soon. Stacy is very good but I miss you on screen. ;0)) anyhow, I still have fun at your class.
Big hug - maria form switzerland
mary2869 Thanks Maria. I'll be back next week.
Amazing. I learned a lot. Thank you.
Wonderful practise 🙏🏽❤️
I LOVED this! It was a nice slow strengthen that makes you sweat. I feel energized but very relaxed. I think I recognize this beautiful harbor. One of my favorite places to paddle board. Dana Point?
Namaste 🙏🏼
Beautiful...
Excellent class!!
Michele Kennedy Thanks!
Great workout =)
Don Yoyo Totally
Thanks!
+Molly Eisen-Kearns You're welcome
+Yoga With Tim really good stuff..I love your cues. also trauma sensitive. I am getting really into handstands/arm balancing with fluid rhythm and working on pressing up any suggestions?
I loved it
It could have been better if you were synchronized with her
Also, this is an old video so i am hoping you are fully recovered from your injury. I did have a question about this if you don't mind sharing. Do you find any long lasting effects of injuries on your yoga practice? i know this isn't your first injury! Any tips or suggestions of what gets you healed and back on the mat? Thank you.
Loved it! Perfect cueing and love your voice! Your classes are great!
+Paula Johnson Thanks!
Totally agree. Great teaching. Thank you
How did you break your arm, Tim???? With such carefully chosen moves in yoga?? I’m intrigued, and curious......how could you?.. I admire your teaching, by the way.
I love your videos, so grateful that you started your own channel after seeing you on leslie fightmasters channel
IAmBabyRuthless Thanks
Thank you for another great class!
Do you have any tips for people practicing with flat feet? You spoke a lot about arches in this video, and I am often concerned that my lack of arches might be negatively affecting my practice - any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Eithne McGonigle There's exercises you can do to try to strengthen your arches, but that just might be how they are. Some people claim that by having an awareness of lifting their arches while practicing, they have changed them... not too sure about that though.
Dang! was my impression from the first 15 minutes wrong about this being a little soft! I almost sobbed a little near the end but that was great :)
Dear Tim, the best part about your videos is that my hunky, "anti-yoga" boyfriend does them! And that's a lot to ask. He's hooked. Thank you!
solmcrespo Wow, even the anti-yoga boyfriend?? That's so rad
Awesome session! But is there a different form of doing bridge? I notice that Every time I do it I tend to feel a bad stretch in my knees :/ I tried opening my legs wider than shoulder width but I still feel it
Irene Marin Try making sure that your knees are aligned over your ankles...
Do you have any ashtanga series? If you don't, can I request one please? I really like your videos its awesome!!
Jui Ianne Bacay I don't really recommend doing the ashtanga series to keep your body healthy. I think there are too many pick up and jump backs and too many up dog-down dogs for the average human over 18 years old. All the poses in the sequence are great, but way to many vinyasas in my opinion.
Great video. Stacy is amazing, I know this is your channel, but where can I go to get more videos of Stacy Gibson? I'm no where near Costa Mesa, so what's the next best thing?
jwhite1202 Maybe I can talk her into doing a few more for me ;)
Yoga With Tim
Awesome, I'll be looking forward to seeing your upcoming videos then. Thx.
Loved this one! Feeling like a million bucks! Okay buddy, I know this was a long time ago now, but how the heck did you keep getting injured?! I gotta know! :)
+Adrienne Spencer Thanks, that's great! I skateboard and surf, and apparently fall too much doing them :/
+Yoga With Tim oh jeez! Well as long as its not getting injured while doing yoga!! ;) Even though I am sure I almost broke my butt trying to do a headstand the other day
+Adrienne Spencer Haha!
Wow Tim, this was a sweet, slow-paced class but I'm so used to quick flows that the long holds challenged me. Appreciate the alignment cues and Stacy's adherence to form was great to watch (think there are too many vids out there that don't stress on alignment enough)! Question: My left foot tends to point out at a 45-degree angle in tadasana. I feel a strain when i try to keep it straight and when i lift my right leg and hold my foot, i find it hard to keep my torso facing forward. Is it bad to force my left foot to be straight or should i keep conditioning it?
April Kuan Hmmm, thats a tough question. It may be that your structure is such that you need to turn the foot out like you're saying. It's hard to know without seeing you in person. Do you know a very skilled pt, or body worker or ART (chiro) you could consult. In my opinion it might be in your hip,or if its in the way your leg is formed you shouldn't force it. Tough question, I can say for certain what you should do without some more info, but asking questions like these are great. It shows you';re on the right track to deeper awareness and understanding of your body. What a beautiful thing!!
Thanks Tim! I don't know any experts i can consult but i've asked a couple of teachers. One said it's ok to have my left foot point out cuz that's my natural anatomy. The other said i could try to slowly condition it to be straight and with regular practice, it would. It's been years now and i still struggle with it though. I feel the strain especially when i'm doing Standing Twisted Leg Extension where the base of my lifted left foot tends to curl inwards. Also feel a strain in boat pose as my left knee keeps wanting to point out and cannot align with my right
It misses some options in the postures for people who aren't arrived at this level...
Link for her channel ?
Prashant Nautiyal She does't have one, but will have a new video soon
it's a great sequence, thank you very much! but Tim, if you don't mind some critique, there was waaaay too much talk man. I mean talking is okay so we know what to do next, but all those explanations were so distracting. If someone tends to do strong vinyasa, they probably know why there is a block, what is a downdog etc.... I had to stop half way... maybe not the right day for me, but the reason I'm following you is the balance between your words and asanas... however not this time :/ I will try another day. Still, great set. Thank you..
wow, this is super slow. Just for your information, if you ARE into this.
The cues were weird and out of sync with the actions on the screen. Felt like Tim was following the practice not guiding it. Very distracting
What!!!???? You broke your arm???
out of sync
