Is everyone completely forgetting that Kevin's lawyer literally lied on camera that Kevin didn't try to have his kid arrested? Then, he tried to spin it to still blame Shari, gaslighting the sh!t out of her.
Can you imagine wanting to charge your daughter despite her having your tortured children in her care. Omg.
She actually has the middle two, Evie and Russ are in separate foster homes. Last Friday was a custody hearing... public not allowed in. Blogger said, Chad, Sharie and poppa all had lawyers, came in smiling, and left smiling like a family. Blogger she says it is most likely a front as Mormon's are very careful to look good in public.

Hearing the dad make these accusations and talk about his daughter like that is a complete throwback of how the children were always parented, treated, and accused of outlandish behaviors that weren’t what the parents made them out to be.
It’s further proof that this dad is just as guilty as the mom. They’re twisted psychopaths.
Everything indicates that Shari tried to report the parents to child protection offices as soon as she came of age. She tried to save her siblings before the worst horrors happened. He clearly still holds it against her.

@@HeavenlyPresley-Tonya All Franke kids went through years of abuse and grooming to abuse. It's not uncommon for child victims to cling to and be dependent on their abusers many years later. Every victim deals with their trauma differently. So I would not judge anything based on this, Chad is still in the very early stages of processing what happened to him. I wish him all the best and hope he can heal and become his own person.
I'd venture to say the Dad wanting ti press charges against his daughter is a good indication of the unhealthy (i.e. abusive) relationship they obviously had. I say obviously because how many Dad's would ever think of having their child arrested for burglary. That's pretty low.
That dad is despicable. The police told him they escorted the daughter to that home to get things for the other kids. Anything not needed was returned.
And I’m sure the electronics were for the kids to play on.. but I’m sure he was just worried about what dirt would be found on them. 😒
Another YT'r said the Kevin was a hot tempered Prof.. on rate your Professor he has some really bad reviews. In fact a student was suing him for him throwing a book at her... I kinda think that is why he was fired. I think the cops ask Shari for all the electronics or they were on the warrant...lol...I assume Ruby didn't want the cops to have them.
I hope his parental rights are lost, here a young woman is trying to save her siblings and out her own life on hold! It is reprehensible for him to be this way!

Those parents are despicable. He really needs to be locked up as well. I wasn't sure about that but I am now. I have grown children and you don't do that to them. My thoughts, if he will be that way to the grown child he will condone, at the very least, what was happening to the youngest ones.
I think he's still trying to protect Ruby and himself, not his children. I would bet if he really hasn't been in the house for over a year that Ruby asked him to gather those things for her.

I truly believe that both Kevin and Ruby should be locked up. On top of all if the charges, Kevin should also get child neglect for leaving these poor kids worh her. Also, Ruby spoke to Kevin shortly after being arrested and i am willing to bet that Ruby told him exactly what to grab but Shari got there first.
Dad has shown he does not have his children''s best interests at heart. So much for his story he was a just some sort of a victim.
Likely she thought no one would be in the house and news tells everyone Mom os in jail so house is
highly vulnerable for burglary. Of course, she'd take items she didn't want stolen.
Hope the kids are allowed to live with mentally healthy people.

I was under the impression Kevin and Ruby worked together on 8 passengers. I think he might have been worried about what was in all this stuff that he claims was stolen, and that's why he was so worried about his daughter getting her hands on it.

I think he’s worried about what’s on the computers and in the journals, makes you wonder why he’s making a big deal about it .

The police are reopening the case for Jesse because she had told the police when she ran away as a teenager. They never had looked into it

I want my daughter, who is taking care of my children i abandoned , neglected, and allowed my wife to abuse, arrested for burglary after she entered her home, the home I haven't resided in for a year and a half, and took something that might make me look guilty AF....

This guy is a piece of work. Now he shows up after a year making accusations against a daughter. I’m curious as to why he didn’t see his kids for a year. Other than a court of law no one could keep me from my kids.
Kevin is most likely lying, it a good chance he has been in The house. How else would he know what was taken and if he had it all back. He is as bad as Rubie.
The dad is clearly an asshole, but also seemed to be worried about something other then getting his possessions back.
This whole case makes me so sad. Those poor kids. I also cannot imagine being a parent and deciding to try and press charges on my kid for any reason 🤷♀️

Yes it’s sad for the kids the focus is no longer on the kids it seem with most on UA-cam here! That family is broken and they need help to come back together. Clearly the older daughter is estranged from her father and she is going to try her keep her sisters and brothers together they are very family linked when it comes to being a LSD church family, they don’t separate from each other and they are very private. And they will have the church to support this family. They don’t walk away! They are probably not helping Jodi though if she has caused a lot of damage to others in the church. She is out I’m sure if she is in fact abusive..
I agree. The kids are after all the victims and they are feeling the effects of this situation the most. I'm hopeful that the community can surround the kids and give them a safe place to heal and get their family back together
I really think she grabbed personal items because the door had been breached and she didn’t want them stolen. The house wasn’t secure. So it was thoughtful to grab electronics and passports that would have been easy to steal

Exactly. She had their permission. She entered lawfully. I think she just grabbed things that would be easily stolen if people came into the house after the police broke the door.
Child protective services asked police to be there as peace keepers because they were concerned about Kevin. Kevin's Lawyer is 😣. Kevin is no victim. This proves Kevin care and concern regarding his children. So worried for the kids
I think the Taking Care of Maya Case is so important as so many of us could be in this kind of situation. As a nurse I see this as such a blemish,a failure to advocate for patient and family rights. I still don't know if the family hired an attorney when this first started. I began my nursing career in South Florida and learned a lot about risk management through our hospital. I was always first and foremost an advocate for the patient. Luckily I didn't work pediatrics as I find this even more critical. Too many missteps in my opinion by the hospital. The PTSD she suffers is clearly a huge factor. This is a tragedy that should have everyone's eyeballs on this case.
100% it's a horrifying case. Along with the allegations against Dr. Debra Esernio-Jenssen.
The idea the state and hospitals can work together with very little investigation to take away people's kids.
That the state can be completely immune to any responsibility for any wrongdoing. Makes me lose fath in our country.
The parents and children all had separate attorneys when the CPS case began.
I’m sorry but if you have the slightest medical knowledge it’s so obvious she has a conversion disorder. If you’re actually listening to all these doctors, not just from Johns Hopkins but so many doctors, NPs, nurses, etc from multiple facilities and multiple states all saw symptoms more consistent with conversion disorder and many of them documented it. I was also emotionally affected by Mayas testimony, even cried my eyes out. But I have also intently listened to so many of the testimonies of the medical professionals who evaluated her and observed her for weeks on end (such as in the rehab facilities) and the truth has become more and more obvious. This case is so emotional and heart wrenching that nobody can set aside the emotion and be unbiased.
The majority of doctors, including pain doctors, default to “it’s all in your head.” Their statements that Maya didnt complain of pain or act/react like she was in pain are just dumb. Chronic pain patients don’t sit there crying every minute of every day. They don’t tell everyone about their pain. People don’t want to hear about it.
If you complain too much, you are accused of faking. If you don’t complain enough, you are accused of faking.
Over time you learn not to show everything you are feeling. It takes too much energy to express what and how you are feeling all the time and people don’t really want to know. I once had a nurse say to me “ I can see you are in pain. I know, it doesn’t show on your face or the way you move. It shows in your eyes.”
The keep saying that Maya moves around and she laughs or smiles, well guess what - people with chronic pain move around even when it hurts. I’m sitting here typing with shooting pain in my wrist and elbow. We also laugh and smile. We go on living because its the only choice we have.
The doctors at JHACH didnt like the treatment that Maya’s parents chose for her and decided they knew better so they used CPS to take Maya away from them and then replaced a treatment that was working with absolutely nothing. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is just “its all in your head and we’ll reward you if you pretend you arent in pain.” Well they held out carrots for Maya and according to the Psychologist today they never followed through with it. PT is worse than useless for chronic pain. The nature of chronic pain is that it ebbs and flows depending on a variety of factors and PT has a tendency of exacerbating the pain. It overworks muscles and joints which is what triggers the pain.
JHACH is guilty as charged.

Comes down to this - both parents are narcissists and would do anything, at all costs, to preserve their delusions and egos. Best thing that could happen is for the minor children to have no contact with either biological parent going forward. Coming from daughter of two narcissists who basically raised her much younger siblings - I def identify with Shari.

I was feeling he was deserving of the benefit of the doubt based on being under Jodie's treatment but this seems like he has no feelings for this daughter or any of his kids.
He was there for the pre-Jodi abuse. He lost the benefit of the doubt before they ever met Jodi.

I’ve never seen so many crazy cases. Idaho 4, 8 Passengers Ruby Franke, the Delphi case, Lori Vallow Daybell, Darrell Brooks etc.
I think Shari may have wanted to take Kevin's devices because the front door was broken. Perhaps she thought someone could have gotten into the house through the broken door and stolen his personal items. Shari seems to be a very good law abiding citizen.
That's what I thought too.
All of the adults in this case are trying so hard to be the victims and they are not successful. These kids are the victims and it's obvious
Both Ruby and Kevin are just weird in the way they view their children - there is zero kindness or love, zero
I understand Maya's case better than most. I had symptoms of several not well know autoimmune diseases since I was a small child and I was labeled as a lier or a hypochondriac which prevented me from getting treatment for even normal conditions like asthma, migraines, and in my mid-30s, period menopause. I didn't start getting consistent appropriate treatment until I was in my 40s. Doctors are the gatekeepers that won't let you in unless they believe you. So then it is up to you to find a doctor who will work with you instead of against you. My finally diagnosed fibromyalgia syndrome predisposed me to almost every one of my medical conditions, but without comprehensive aid in separating out what symptoms went with what disorder, I sounded like a crazy person. I'm now with providers who handle complicated cases like mine. So Maya had a rare disease with her treating physicians trying everything they could to treat it. Those typically are the doctors who get into trouble because they are willing to upgrade to new and experimental and off-label treatments. They are the real physicians, and the rest are just practicing.
Me too and my doc just retired. When you have invisible disease processes and they overlap it is hard to find a compassionate doctor who takes enough time and also builds trust.
Per Kevin's lawyer Randy Kester, Ruby contacted Kevin at work prior to her arrest about the children. Law & Crime Network posted a youtube video on 9/13 titled, "Emergency’: Ruby Franke Frantically Called Husband for Help After 12-Year-Old Escaped Home" explaining the circumstances. Ruby would have warned him about what was coming. Kevin's allegations about a possible burglary during a court ordered search makes no sense. Also, there must be a very compelling reason for the Judge to deny bail for Ruby & Jodi.
Flight risk? They certainly had enough money.
I'm sure the police are smart enough to see through all this and are playing him. Like you said, they went in with a warrant related to child abuse and neglect and you can be sure the items he wanted back so badly were the very kind of items they sought out and confiscated. I believe the daughter was questioned about stuff contained there in, and is cooperating fully. I also believe this stuff was never in the possession of the daughter at all, but the police wanted him to believe it was to witness and record his way of handling it. You can be certain that his LDS lawyers are scripting his every move and they blew it on this one!
This proves to me Kevin was just as bad as the mother in all the abuse.

I have no respect whatsoever for the father and he couldn't do what his own daughter did and she had enough courage to come forward to save her siblings and herself. What has this man done for his children? He should have protected them and come to their aid! Aside from those other two nut jobs, he did nothing! He robbed his children of a normal, decent life. I think Kevin is coming from the same place as his wife - they view things differently than the average person. The daughter is just grabbing things that the kids might need, and he's being a jerk. Why didn't he have these when he moved out if they belonged to him? How would his daughter know that they were his, and she probably thought he took all his carryable possessions as he planned to be away from home for so long. I believe they were bad parents b4 they met Hildebrandt and their parenting styles just meshed. The children are safer with other family members.

Her father is clearly still neck deep in his cult mentality from his appalling attitude toward his own daughter. No sane parent would try to destroy their childs life for helping their siblings.
The court giving custody to Kevin at any point would be an emdorsement of child abuse. The court giving him custody now would amount to the court actively endorsing witness tampering.
If Kevin doesn't face charges for the 8 Passengers stuff that suggests some Mormon syndicate shenanigans.

Thank you Peter for continuing to keep us updated on this case. From what has been revealed about Kevin’s actions, I really don’t think that he is fit to be the primary caregiver of his children either. The Franke children have been through so much trauma and abuse, they really need to be placed in a loving and supportive home.
Wasn't she accompanied by DCFS, whatever i'm Canadian, and an officer to make sure what she took she was allowed to from my understanding. So the officers have known what she took from the minute. She took them. I assume, and that's what upset him. Because they're siding with the kids shocker. Also, because the door was kicked in. Cause. They breached it either way. She was with a representative of the court, which means there was no sneaking stuff out.

I don't necessarily think that it's the daughter or the officers. I think it's Ruby and Kevin's paranoia with reason and control. With these three, it's not about what it is. It's about what they perceive, and they're distortion world. They don't care whether or not the kids see them. It's just the simple fact that they don't want them to have them. And they went and took them. See, we're still in control. Power thinking because we all know they're no longer in control.
You’d think if you love your kids’ and your eldest daughter was taking them in because his wife was abusing them. If you were innocent, you’d want your kids to have whatever they need to be comfortable. This shows how abusive they are he wants to use his “power” against his eldest child. He’s just as abusive.

Shari is a college student in an apartment, I’m wondering if she is still using her home address as the house, I know my daughter did all through college. That would mean she had just as much a right to enter the house as he did.
Peter, would you cover the Funeral Home in Colorado that had 189 bodies stored in a building? The bodies were to of been cremated. The families were given “fake” ashes. The owners of the Funeral Home have not been arrested. 🤷🏼♀️

We had a case like that here in Georgia except bodies were strewn across his property, in ponds on property, throughout his own home walls and anyplace you could throw away a body, bones and remains were found. The funeral director did prison time but has since been released. Saddening and maddening at same time.
@@susanschroeder8021 I watched vids on that Georgia case. That was wild! And disgusting! You'd think it would give impetus to other funeral directors to clean up their act, but Colorado shows that the answer to that is NO. The funeral industry is horrible, IMO.
I've read about this happening in Detroit too. It's really uncomfortable how common this seems to be 😢

the search warrant was executed to search for the other 2 girls. CPS and Shari were there also, so they gave shari permission to grab things like clothing for the kids since Shari had the 2 little ones, and they need their belongings, She grabbed their passports too so that her father could get them, Hes something else. Keviin should not be anywhere near those kids, he will definitely punish them even though the kids are the victims. IMO
