INGREDIENTS
BEANS INGREDIENTS
2 Cans Pinto Beans
2 Cups Chicken Stock
1 Can Rotel Tomatoes
1 Can Green Chiles, chopped
Carne Asada Seasoning
Oregano
SALSA INGREDIENTS
4 Avocados
½ Bunch Cilantro
2 Jalapenos, roughly chopped
1 Poblano Pepper, seeds removed
Oregano
Tomatillo puree
½ Onion
Olive Oil
STEAK INGREDIENTS
Skirt Steak
Carne Asada Seasoning
PICO DE GALLO INGREDIENTS
Tomato
Onion
Cilantro
Lime juice
Salt
2 Jalapenos, finely diced
TACO ASSEMBLY
Flour Tortillas
Carne Asada, chopped
Pico de Gallo
Avocado Salsa
Cabbage, chopped
Limes
COOKING METHOD:
1. In a medium pot, combine all bean ingredients and set over medium heat until it reaches a boil then lower to a simmer.
2. Slice and pit the avocados, and add to a blender along with the cilantro, jalapenos, poblano, oregano, pureed tomatillo, onion, and a glug of olive oil. Blend until smooth and thick.
3. Set a cast-iron skillet over high heat until ripping hot. Season the steak with carne asada seasoning.
4. Cut steak in half and place in the cast iron skillet with no oil. Let the steak cook until charred and crisp on both sides. Once finished cooking, let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and dicing. Season again with carne asada seasoning and salt and pepper.
5. For the pico de gallo, grate the tomato and onion into a large bowl along with sliced up cilantro, lime juice, salt, and jalapenos, and stir to combine.
6. Warm up the tortillas in a dry pan.
7. For assembly, add Carne and beans to a tortilla topped with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, avocado salsa, and lime juice. Enjoy! - Комедії

And never put canned tomatoes with the pinto beans it’s not a Chile. Also cabbage never goes on carne asada tacos. I know it’s his twist but leaving those two ingredients out would’ve been just fine

@@bonnieparkertheoutlaw7353. Roast them with garlic, butter, salt, pepper, and some onions. That’s what I do to make any vegetables I don’t like tasty. Fortunately I do like most veggies.

Cranked out this recipe for supper tonight and it was absolutely incredible. The salsa verde is just fire. Had to swap the Poblanos for Cubanels, made it just a bit less hot. I got a great Boston cut steak from my local butcher and Man was it ever good. Made the hole fam happy. Thanks Matty ✌

My friends this is why UA-cam is amazing, because Matty can be himself and we all love his creations.
Those are decent beans, but here’s the recipe to make:
1x white onion
4x garlic cloves
1x medium Jalapeño
24oz of Applewood smoked bacon
32oz chicken stock
32oz of pinto beans
2x bay leaves
Cumin, salt and pepper to taste
Cilantro is optional
Diced tomatoes are optional
Cook bacon first. Remove it once cooked drain any excess oil and then add onion, jalapeños and salt to draw out moisture. Cook 5min or so. Add garlic (if using diced tomatoes add now as well) cook for 2min. Add chicken stock and pinto beans. Add remaining ingredients (cumin, pepper, bay leaves, cooked bacon back in and more salt if needed). Simmer for minimum 30min.

Mexican approved! Tacos can have what ever you want. We prefer corn in my house. Also, to the people asking why Matty doesn't have more followers, he does. He actually has been on different channels so technically people have been following him for years through the various channels he's been on. He brings food and entertainment like no other.

Before anyone talks crap about Matty's tacos not being authentic Mexican tacos. These are actually extremely close to authentic tacos you will find in Sonora Mexico. He got it down to the T. All he was missing was the homemade flour tortillas.
