    You don't know how thankful I am for this video, words can not describe my huge appreciation for this video. I live in a food desert and food is more pricer because of it and yes there will be a walmart to take advantage of the situation. People are always buying the cheapest the most easiest and not good for you foods to deal with. Its been a struggle to do keto for me and my household Im trying not to give up. videos I'ved watched would be for stores or ingredients we don't have and the person would get kicked out and not really explain the ingredients like you did there info would be way too in general. Now I'm going to check out the rest of your channel and see what else you got. I'm trying to do keto realistically and right.

    FYI for the wonderful people here. Walmart carries LOTS of organic products. Also I have been doing online grocery shopping and scheduling a pick up at Walmart. You schedule a 1 hour window of when you want to come, pull up and they load your car. They don't allow tipping. Its great for winter months especially. Its great to search ORGANIC and you can find all the products they carry. And we know the price is right. They also do delivery but I haven't tried that. The Free grocery pickup is flawless. I am loving this.

    Found great products at my local Walmart grocery store. I was having a hard time finding a good beef broth without the natural flavors just like in a previous video you talked about. But come to find at my local Walmart store they have Bonafide organic grass fed beef and chicken stock in the freezer section! I was stoked! I love Primal Kitchen dressings but come to find at my Walmart I found a brand that was super clean that I picked up and can’t wait to try it’s called O’Dang Hummus Dressing and came in three different flavors. I found an extensive amount of Really Good Pizza Co. products at my store as well which I was happy about for low carb convenience purposes. And my other freezer favorite find was Teton grass fed breakfast sausages. I was shocked at the selection my Walmart grocery store had for whole food, US grown, and grass fed products. Your video inspired my Walmart visit and I’m hooked at finding those hidden quality food treasures at a good price!

    I have to remember my plan is keto and intermittent fasting. All the snacking stuff is not for someone trying to do intermittent fasting, which is ALL about insulin regulation and forcing the body to use the fat stores. Snacking, even though it is a keto-compliant food, is not recommended for someone upping their keto game with intermittent fasting. Eat one meal a day. If you want to incorporate any of these foods add them to your one meal of the day. Thank you Bobby Parrish for the awesome hunting and for sharing the great keto finds!

    KETO is a lot of meal prep and very time consuming reading labels. But 15 pounds down, sleeping better and fasting 4 days a week. This information is Gold. Thanks Bobby, proud subscriber.

    Man, I’ve never done Keto and am interested in starting. After hearing you go through all the ingredients that are in our foods it really makes you wonder “are they purposely wanting to kill us?” Geesh!! A lot of harmful unhealthy ingredients going into our foods.

    • @HeavenNY
      @HeavenNY 2 роки тому

      Don’t be silly man. They don’t want to kill us, they all look forward to our money. They are just trying to make us sluggish so we don’t have energy to keep up with their BS!

    Make your own greek yogurt. Heat milk to 175f, cool to 100f, stir in starter yogurt, put in oven with light on overnight+, strain with cloth towel. done

    Great video. Would love to see a low carb tortilla review as I’ve been buying Mission brand. Winco shoppers. Grind your own almond butter there. No better price anywhere and it’s only almonds.

    Sea salt is evaporated sea water, the seas are polluted, you want mined salt. The salt mines were formed before there was pollution.

    OMG, I just stumbled across your channel on Friday Evening and have spent the entire weekend binge watching your videos. You are the Bomb, Thank You for reviewing Aldi And Walmart. Trader Joe as well. I wish I could afford to shop exclusively at Whole foods but Aldi is more my price point. Please don’t stop revisiting all locations. The information you give is AMAZING!! I’m also heading over to Amazon to purchase your cookbook. I did spend the whole Videos hoping that the Waldo’s didn’t interrupt you. Please keep up the good work!!

    Hello I just ordered two of your books so glad to have found you. I’m so tired of going on like and trying to dissect all these names of ingredients. I’m only 49 and my legs are swelling and I’m having trouble with feeling tired and bloated. I check my BP it’s fine. So I’ve come to conclusion there must be some things I’m eating that are not agreeing with me.
    Thank you for your dedication I would also love to hear how you got started and your education so I can further educate more people on your books. Thank thank you !!!

      It's cheaper to eat keto.One ten pack of chicken and huge bag of frozen broccoli is $11.00 bucks and one person can eat on that 5 days with 2 pieces of chicken a day is super cheap. You only need to eat once a day when carbs are depleted.
      You will find your not rest even hungry when you do eat .
