Love the in depth reading of the ingredients that is so important to people with allergies, lactose, gluten, but not enough about the fats which us old folks are necessarily in need off. So next one please show the fat content in the products PLEASE. I really enjoy a few of your videos. Sometimes you forget to tell us which store your in,like the big grocery store where you started with the different coffee creamers and organic ones. I WISH TO BE ENTERED IN THE CONTEST FOR AN INSTAPOT. I have to change my whole diet, and I have severe arthritis in my body and I think those pot's would be an asset to me.
Bobby, I love your channel! Your content, provides so much education and knowledge about our food industry. I appreciate someone taking the time and putting in the effort to make the world a better place and really shine light on our very unregulated food industry. It’s not difficult to understand why so many people in America are struggling with health concerns, obesity, diabetes, cancer, heart disease, etc. when I learn about the things that are on the ingredients list. It’s truly hidden in plain sight and you have made it clear as day for your audience and the community. Thank you!
My mom just shared this video with me, and I’m so glad. My doctor just told me I have high cholesterol, so I’ve been researching what foods, etc to beware of. I told her I’d been having the powdered coffee creamer in my coffee since I have a slight lactose intolerance. Boy am I glad to have watched your video & learned about all you shared. Thank you! We are over 65 years old and really enjoy your videos. Very informative and let's us know what to avoid in our daily purchases at the store. Keep up the good work. 👍
I’ve entered for your pick. My daughter introduced me to your videos. She watches her diet due to Celiac disease and reads every label she can find on a product and what is unfamiliar to her she will research. I’m glad there are people like you who are willing to share the truth about what we are putting in our bodies. Thank you.
I think heavy whipped cream with cinnamon and a teaspoon of vanilla is my favorite for my coffee. I learned however from your information there are healthier choices. Honestly I think that simplicity in foods is best.
I use whipping cream too!!! Very good. Sometimes I use the half and half from dairy. I do not use 'natural ingredients'. Don't know what is in those....lol
I love heavy whipping cream in my coffee/ expresso & it’s way lower in sugar/ carbs than lower fat versions of dairy! I don’t add sugar or any sweetener though. And, cinnamon is healthy- it’s anti-inflammatory & speeds up your metabolism! If you want to really amp this up combine it with ginger & tumeric (Golden Milk). With or without coffee. Yum & a super anti-aging, immunity boosting beverage.
What I’ve been doing lately is just a splash of half and half and then a tablespoon or two of a homemade simple syrup. Super easy to make and customize to many different flavors, and not filled vegetable oil or any garbage like that!
WOW! I've been a vegetarian, mostly vegan for 38 years and have been reading labels for about 20 years! You have taught me so much, I'm amazed!!! I spend an hour a day listening to your videos!! THANK YOU!!!!😊❤
I am so excited about the coconut milk powder and cream powder….I actually had them in my pantry and never thought to use for this purpose , sending it to work with my husband so he doesn’t have to use the crappy stuff supplied by work…Thank you for this gem of info.
Great advice Sarah! I would say heavy cream or 1/2 & Half if you’re on a budget. I started using the unsweetened organic coconut milk that’s not refrigerated and mixing it with just a little 1% organic milk so you’re not using a lot of it. I need to watch my sugar intake, and regular milk in the grocery store is just too high in calories and sugar for my diet.
Sarah you are spot on. People that's on a a really tight budget can't always afford higher price organic foods. I buy organic foods when they are on sale. Also Aldi have a few organic foods.
dlbrigg I'm on budget as well. I eating 1-2/a day to save money . I'm buying cream but I'm whining myself off that as well. Aiming for black coffee only . A better option! Better not to eat than eat toxic food.
I have learned so much from you. It has really helped me make better choices with my weight watcher goals. I hate that so many of our food choices are so toxic. Keep doing what you do. Thank you!

I've Entered!! 😊 Thank You for this video as I keep telling my sister to stop using especially Coffee Mate & International Delight as they are not good for you and she would never believe me even after lots of bloat, upset stomach, loose stools (yuckkkk) and other issues!! Now she'll probably switch and it will help her tremendously and now you've shown me what I can use also because I've refused to put these bad ones into my body for at least the last couple of years!! ❤
I started using organic garlic hummus as salad dressing. I put two tablespoons of hummus and two tablespoons of water and a sprinkle of salt. It's pretty good. I was using salad dressing that has lots of additives. Normally based on soybean oil or canola oil. I prefer the hummus now.
Try green tea. I drink coffee, every now and then. But lately with all those chemical creamers, been getting sick . Not to mention the added calories. I enjoy my tea much more.
Great video! I gave up on flavored creamers a while back, and started drinking my coffee black witb 1/2 tbsp. MCT oil, trying to avoid sugar, but I miss the flavor! it’s hard to find a good tasting one so I also just so organic Horizon half and half once in a while. Yes, SO many bad ingredients in the creamers out there, especially carrageenan!! Thanks for the review.
Love your reviews, they have changed the way I now shop! I have found a great recipe for coffee creamer, only 4 ingredients: half and half, real maple syrup, monkfruit and vanilla. I tasted it and it tastes great although I don't use it myself, it's for my husband who I am trying to get him off the sugar. Met his approval!
Yes, but most people put more than a Tablespoon ! I measured out 1 Tablespoon today in my iced coffee, and it did not give me a good flavor...ended up putting 3 more !
Love this app and Bobby’s info. I’ve been reading ingredients for years knowing full well we are being duped consistently with oils, sugars and fats. Not to mention stabilizers & and on it goes. Money over health and people.
I have been waiting for you to rate these coffee creamers and thank you for doing just that! I've learned much from you and as a result my A1c has dropped significantly. Thank You!
I been watching your videos for three years. I appreciate you so much, I'm trying to get my brother to watch your video, his 40 and taking many medications, I tell him he need a good guide to help change how and what to eats.
I am so glad I found your channel I've just been diagnosed with diabetes within the last year. With Covid going on in couldn't go to the nutritionist to learn what I can and cannot eat. I have given up everything and basically went on a vegetarian diet. I'm so confused with all of it the do's and donts. Thank you for shining a little light on the subject.
Bobby my Brother is diabetic and it’s been a struggle having him cut back on sugar especially creamer for his 4 cups of coffee. As usual, very helpful information and video!❤ thank you.
I'm surprised that heavy cream was not listed as a coffee creamer! After years of using milk or half-and-half I finally realized that actual heavy cream is a delightfully decadent creamer! My go-to brand is Organic Valley heavy whipping cream with just 2 ingredients: Organic Grade A Cream (milk) and Gellan Gum. Because Gellan Gum is produced from bacteria fermentation and not from any type of animal source, gellan gum is a common additive in vegan friendly foods. No need for flavoring, artificial or otherwise. And heavy cream lets the star of the show still shine brightly: the coffee!
I currently am in love and use the Horizon Organic Half & Half ($6) which contains Organic Grade A Milk, Organic Grade A Cream according to the website. Anyone have thoughts about this?
What are your thoughts on good ol fashioned heavy cream. I live in a place where Challange Creamery brand is my best choice... and I can't find any info on it except that they don't treat cows with rbst growth hormones.
I've been using Nutpods for a couple of years now. They do make sweetened creamers, but most are non dairy unsweetened. They have some weird flavors, but Hazelnut, and coconut macaroon is really good. i usually mix it with a little bit of heavy whipping cream when I'm on keto diet.
I buy the organic canned coconut milk from Costco (which is mostly cream) and put it in a mason jar with a tad bit of maple syrup and few drops of vanilla. It’s FAB and very economical. Love your channel and your app - I use it all the time!

I was pretty horrified when I learned that my precious coffee mate creamer was mostly vegetable oil. Like, when would I EVER tip a jug of veggie oil into my coffee? ICK! Nowadays, it's Califia Farms Cold Brew for me with just a shot of organic half n half. Thanks for making videos like this that help educate us on some of those obscure ingredients!
@@lizragsdale261 I used to buy Califia Farms cold brew from Publix for $5 or $6 a bottle. I actually got a batch one time that smelled really bad and I had to throw out 3 bottles of it. After that, I switched to Chameleon Cold Brew. It's more like $8 or $9 per bottle, but it's pretty good. You can get it at Whole Foods, Publix, etc. Either brand can usually be found in the dairy/milk section in a grocery store. But the best gem we've discovered is the Single Origin coffee at Aldi for $5 per bag. It's whole bean coffee and we buy the Peru version to grind and make our own cold brew. It makes the best cold brew I've ever had.
Okay Bobby, I watched your video to the end . I am 70 years old. I have been drinking coffee since I was 15 years old. I have ingested enough of the Coffee mate in 55 years of coffee drinking to fill maybe a 55 gallon drum. My heart sank when at the start of your video ,you went right for the Coffee mate which in the old days was made by Carnation . Now Nestle makes it , properly the same process. I drink two cups a day and that is it . I don't like black coffee and I don't like cane sugar in my coffee. I know the Powered Corn Solids are a type of sugar. I live on a coastal region of the deep south and a lot of those brands I have never heard of. I am interested in the coconut powder creamer .I like coconut ,not sure if I like in my coffee. The rub of this to me is how terribly expensive this stuff is . I will look into though. I give up diet soda 6 months ago. I don't drink alcohol or smoke . Maybe soon .I can say I don't use coffee mate in my coffee.
I started buying the naturally bliss because of the natural ingredients. Yes, it is too sweet so I use almond milk first and add just a little of naturally bliss. It's just right with my combo I use now.
Thanks for making all of us aware of what to eat and what not to eat. Not only the coffee creamers video is awesome .But every video you Bobby P has made us aware of what is healthy. If you're a coffee lover, you've got to watch this review! This is a great overall review of the many coffee creamers available in stores. Love the mention that there's no government regulations for the famous commonly seen ingredient "Natural Flavoring."
Hi Bobby Your videos are a life saver for me. RMSF affected my immune system and I’m dealing with fatty liver decease and pre-diabetes. Thank you so much for your educational videos. I’ve been using almond creamer for almost a decade without knowing about the oils that causes inflammation. Unfortunately, I’m allergic to coconut 😢. Last time I had an allergic reaction to it, I ended up in the hospital. This video gives me some hope. At least there is one of the creamers that you mentioned that does not contains coconut. 🙏🏼
Thank you. I am just in the midst of researching creamers. I just quit using the International and Coffee Mate hazelnut refrigerated ones. Way too much sugar, etc.
I have to say I'm thankful for this video but at the same time it broke my heart! I love these coffee creamers that are "bad" why does bad taste SOOO good?
I know I’m super late to the show, but I just wanted to say Lucerne Salted Carmel is my all time fav! I’m the type of person who likes my coffee extremely sweet, and that is one of the few creamers where I don’t have to use an excessive amount to meet my needs. Iv been using it for years and just recently realized that it’s lactose free & the sugar isn’t super high in it. (Generally found at Albertsons & Vons)
I’m diabetic and I usually buy the store brand fat free half and half and never paid attention to the sugar amount. Thanks for alerting me to all the other bad ingredients.
I feel the same. I’ve been pretty comfortable with Organic Valley. However, even Bobby mentioned natural flavors in one of Organic Valley’s products. Please don’t ask me which one, but it was in the this or the previous video I watched and today I’ve only watched coffee creamers, coffee and Starbucks (in that order from most recently watched). I, like Bobby, detest artificial and natural flavors. The words “natural flavors” is trickery at the least. To be fair why not call it chemical flavors, because by the time the average consumer realizes that “natural flavors” are really chemicals they are already about dead from it. (IMO) Better yet why not just use all naturally in everything.
Love love love your videos! They’re so informative and helpful. My 96 year old mother loves her high sugar coffee creamer and often experiences stomach upsets. Now I know why! Wish me luck trying to convert her to a healthy creamer at this point. Keep up your enthusiastic and passionate message!
I have just watched my first video! ...the one about the coffee creamers. Definitely a subscriber for life! Don't ever stop this channel ! I just wish I had found it sooner! Great Job! Two thumbs up!
How products have changed over time:.. CoffeeMate was originally a mix of dry cream & milk in the late 1950’s. My current preference is Leche de Coco en polvo ( coconut milk powder).
I've been reluctant to accept just how bad my favorite coffee creamers are. I recently ditched them for another favorite, half and half. And thanks to ya'll, I'll steer clear of anything with a long list of ingredients!
Thanks Bobby for all the info you provide! I have been slowly moving towards a life of less chemicals and better ingredients with your videos! Long time subscriber and want a instant pot ☺️

I just learned about Carrageenan in coffee creamers when I looked for coffee creamers for weight loss. I instantly stopped Walmart's Great Value Butter Cookie flavor (it tasted so good but noticed making me unusually tired in middle of the day) I used to have 2% or whole milk in my coffee without sugar I was fine till this creamer. I had to stop adding to my coffee. I started Half Half instead but would like flavors added. Till I tried Laird's Coffee Creamer - Vanilla. I did not like it. Too small carton, too exnepsnve and taste is not impressive. I stick with Half Half for now. I prefer liquid creamer for my iced coffee !
I started watching a couple weeks back. I really enjoy everything especially about the diabetics. I’m watching this video now on the creamers because I never knew which ones were good. Which ones are bad now I do thank you very much.
Love this; thank you. I have been hoping for a healthier coffee creamer alternative and it’s fabulous the way you have explained everything so clearly. Great info! Much appreciated!
Thanks Bobby. Really informative. I love a creamy coffee, but don’t want to be drinking something each day thats unhealthy, so this was very useful. Hopefully some of these creamers are available in the UK

At 14:16 you mentioned this product which I can’t tell you the name as it would be helpful after you show the ingredients list to show the front so that we can see the name.
I use a little honey and whipping cream. I use to be a coffee creamer addict until my daughter hooked me on the whipping cream 🙂
@@joycelane3317 Yummy
I love heavy whipping cream in my coffee/ expresso & it’s way lower in sugar/ carbs than lower fat versions of dairy! I don’t add sugar or any sweetener though.
And, cinnamon is healthy- it’s anti-inflammatory & speeds up your metabolism! If you want to really amp this up combine it with ginger & tumeric (Golden Milk). With or without coffee. Yum & a super anti-aging, immunity boosting beverage.
Why not just use heavy whipping cream Orr half and half
First-time watcher. You have me hooked I can't get enough of the information you are sharing with all of your listeners.
3-11-20 EST (TN) Thanks for your information , I am right behind you / MRZ-1 Thanks Bobby.
Me too, thank you..subscribed
Thanks for information on creamers bobbyfirst time in listening
What I’ve been doing lately is just a splash of half and half and then a tablespoon or two of a homemade simple syrup. Super easy to make and customize to many different flavors, and not filled vegetable oil or any garbage like that!
Hi Bobbie, I just subscribed and pressed the like button so I could enter to win an Insta Pot!
I kept thinking, why not use cream in your coffee! Duh! Thats what i do. I didnt want all the junk the creamers have. Well, i add cane sugar.
WOW! I've been a vegetarian, mostly vegan for 38 years and have been reading labels for about 20 years! You have taught me so much, I'm amazed!!! I spend an hour a day listening to your videos!! THANK YOU!!!!😊❤
You have changed the way I look at food. By cutting out all those sugars I’ve lost 11 lbs in 3 weeks. THANK YOU❤
I am so excited about the coconut milk powder and cream powder….I actually had them in my pantry and never thought to use for this purpose , sending it to work with my husband so he doesn’t have to use the crappy stuff supplied by work…Thank you for this gem of info.
Sometimes people can’t afford all organic food. Do the best you can!
Organic never has to be more expensive if you know where to shop.
dlbrigg I'm on budget as well. I eating 1-2/a day to save money . I'm buying cream but I'm whining myself off that as well. Aiming for black coffee only . A better option! Better not to eat than eat toxic food.
The funniest are the Amazon prices at the end of the video. Over $25 for coffee creamer?? Sure 👍
Bobby is so informatiave and helped me find the best products for my health. Love his explanations of reading labels!! Thanks Bobby!
Sucks to know how bad my favorite creamer is but knowledge is power. Thank you
This is the type of information which is desperately needed so that everyone starts to eat healthier. Thank you for all that you do!
I have learned so much from you. It has really helped me make better choices with my weight watcher goals. I hate that so many of our food choices are so toxic. Keep doing what you do. Thank you!

Isn’t that scary? No wonder people feel bad so much. Not sick necessarily but just not well
Same !
Such a great idea!!!!! Thank you! Hummus is a staple for me! Never thought to use it as a dressing
You have to make salad dressing yourself bc almost nothing you buy on the shelf is good for you
I'm so glad I found your channel! This information is priceless! I use way too much of those creamers.
me too, I just discovered Bobby. Time to level up on our coffee creamers 😃
I love this, had no idea how bad coffee creamers are. I always thought it’s just a tablespoon so no big deal. Thanks for posting this!
Yes, but most people put more than a Tablespoon ! I measured out 1 Tablespoon today in my iced coffee, and it did not give me a good flavor...ended up putting 3 more !
Love this app and Bobby’s info. I’ve been reading ingredients for years knowing full well we are being
duped consistently with oils, sugars and fats. Not to mention stabilizers & and on it goes. Money over health
and people.
I absolutely love your work and your contribution to helping us make healthy food choices. You are an asset.😊
Bobby my Brother is diabetic and it’s been a struggle having him cut back on sugar especially creamer for his 4 cups of coffee. As usual, very helpful information and video!❤ thank you.
Great video. My 17 yr old son has been teaching me about Bobby approved foods. I didn’t realize how unhealthy I was eating.
Amerige Thank you for explaining what gellan gum is. I too found this heavy cream from Organic Valley and it is top notch for coffee!
amerige I love using heavy cream in my coffee too!! More recently I’ve started using the Pic Nic brand grass fed creamer and it’s sooo delicious too
I currently am in love and use the Horizon Organic Half & Half ($6) which contains Organic Grade A Milk, Organic Grade A Cream according to the website.
Anyone have thoughts about this?
Yes, either drink coffee black if you can't eat dairy or use organic cream/milk straight.
I’ve been using unsweetened almond milk.
This is an awsome idea, I'm going to try! Thanks for sharing

Thanks for making videos like this that help educate us on some of those obscure ingredients!
makes me wonder what that hazelnut oil you can get has in it
oh goodness.....guess I'm going back to half and half
@@derekp6636 ive been back on half and half a while now with stevia packets for sweetener
Where do I find the Califia brand?
Great idea! Thx for sharing!

We don't have a Albertson's and Von's in Kentucky. Amazon might sell it.
I’m diabetic and I usually buy the store brand fat free half and half and never paid attention to the sugar amount. Thanks for alerting me to all the other bad ingredients.
We may be late to the party on this, but thanks for the shoutout! Can't go wrong simple and clean ingredients!
I never have to worry about Oganic Valley products. As soon as I see the label, I know I have found a great product!

At 14:16 you mentioned this product which I can’t tell you the name as it would be helpful after you show the ingredients list to show the front so that we can see the name.
