      @sachsrw 2 роки тому +58

      @@101kingsfan Hi. It’s not hard to make healthy, inexpensive meals. I cook lots of soups, especially in the winter. So easy to clean and cut up a pile o fresh carrots, onion, celery and put them in a large stock pot. Add a cleaned and soaked overnight, pound or two of lentils, split peas or any bean/mix of beans that you like. Season with a few garlic cloves, herbs (dried are fine) oregano, basil, parsley, etc., and spices I.e., smoked paprika, cumin, turmeric, mace, etc. Add hot water to cover and cook until beans are cooked through and tender. Now add salt and pepper to taste. Salt should wait until the end of cooking beans to keep the skins from becoming tough. If you have a slow cooker, put it all in there in the morning and you’ll have a nice hearty soup for dinner. You can add the more inexpensive meats like stew meat chunks or turkey legs or chicken thighs when you are able.
      Go to UA-cam and search inexpensive meals. I often pick up frozen vegetables and defrost them to add to the pot. Best for this are cut green beans, peas, spinach. You’ll be surprised how many nutritious, tasty, inexpensive meals you can create.
      If you need bag lunches, skip the expensive lunch meats - they’re bad for you anyway - and pick up sale priced boneless chicken thighs and other poultry. Marinate/season and grill/roast/pan sear until cooked through. Cool and slice for sandwiches or for salads. These are also good for dinner paired with some rice, potatoes or sweet potatoes and a side vegetable like broccoli or cauliflower.
      Once you start it gets much easier. Happy eating.

      Everything in America is profits over people. Feminism was never about empowering women, no. Corporations saw the numbers, how women make up for 85% of consumerism, and decided, let's make them strong and independent with their own jobs and complete control in courts of law to protect them at all cost, so we can milk them dry on anti-depressants, wine, makeup and every other vice you can think of. That's why they banned abortions, because there's too much money lost in aborting a life. Each child brought into corporate America generates them roughly $2-5M worth of profit in their entire lifetime.

    This video reaffirmed much of what I have practiced for years food-wise. The reminder for me was the cooking oils, I know the general issues with canola oil, for example, it rambles in the back of my mind, but now it's in the forefront! I also love that he speaks to the environmental impact of palm oil processing, or that government labeling can be "pay for play" big corporations can label something heart healthy when it actually isn't. I just found your channel after a conversation with my best friend about me wanting to make better food choices. I already knew a lot about the junk I was eating that some people call food. I’m ready to do a 180 on my diet and start eating Whole Foods. My friend told me about your Bobby approved app which I immediately downloaded. After looking at your app and viewing the ingredients list, I already knew I liked you as you have a good sense of humor. She informed me of your You tube channel and I subscribed before watching even one video which is rare for me. I did a Bobby binge watch last night, lol. I learned even more from you than I already knew and look forward to seeing more educational videos. Knowledge is power! Thank you for taking the time to do these and for sharing your knowledge with the public. We have a responsibility to take care of ourselves. I always read labels. I didn't one time when I bought oatmeal in the organic section. I opened the box,took out the packet and decided to read the ingredients. It had sucralose! I have a horrible reaction to artificial sweetners,nausea and blinding headache. My daughter was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I'm an RN. She was diagnosed on a Friday evening with a blood sugar over 500. I sat down with her and she learned to carb count, how to find the glycemic index of food. By the end of the week,she was getting low blood sugars from the lantus. I called her dr and she stopped it. By the end of the next week she was getting low blood sugars from metformin,which is an absolutely horrendous drug. She has been diet controlled for years now with A1C from 5.0-5.2. Her Dr asked if her wedding cake was going to be artificial sweetened. He loves studies. So,I had in hand,the latest report from Mayo Clinic that showed diabetics who use real sugar have better control of their blood sugars when they nclude it in carb counts. Artificial sweetners are the worst.

      Hey❤️ I may not know you personally however I care about you deeply because I know how much you mean to Jesus The King of all creation . I want to tell you that Jesus Christ loves you so much, he died for our sins so that whoever believes in him wouldn’t have to perish in hell but instead have eternal life in heaven. You need to understand that HEAVEN and HELL are 1000% REAL they aren’t imaginary , and hell is a horrible place I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. God doesn’t want you to end up there he wants you in heaven and so he is giving you a chance to accept the sacrifice of his son Jesus Christ and be saved. Day by Day the world is falling apart because we are literally living in the last days of Earth there is no doubt or debate about it, Jesus Christ is coming faster then you think to bring judgement to the world and to destroy it. This really is URGENT, it’s NOT A JOKE ,Tomorrow isn’t promised to anyone, you can be alive one minute and gone the next, please take this opportunity to be on the side of Mercy confess your sins and wicked ways to Jesus , sincerely REPENT/turn away from them, and ask for his forgiveness- ask him to enter your heart and to be your Lord and Savior before it is too late , truly believe in him and he WILL do it because it is his promise. It’s important that you seek the righteous and Holy path of the Most high God so that you may inherit eternal life and be spared of Hell fire. You can begin a new life in Christ and have a genuine relationship with him, please repent. Jesus changed my life and he will change yours too🥰, May the Lord be with you eternally💕🙏🏾

I worked for a sausage producer for over 20 years and dealt with the USDA inspectors every day. Lips and butt holes did not go into our products and were not allowed by USDA regulations. And I did eat the products then and I still do now since I saw what goes into the products. If any pork tongues or snouts are added to a product, it has to be listed in the ingredients.

Fast forward today...LCHF OMAD, reversed T2D, zero meds and excellent labs including triglycerides coming downn from 1486 to 157. Never looking back...feel 20 years younger and look it too 🥰

    We are what we eat and eating healthy is the key to good health and wellbeing ! Thank you Bobby for what your doing . A lot more people can't bother to or have time to check the labels ! We have to take time to read the ingredients in what we're consuming. If you want to feel better and live longer It's up to you ! Inflammation is the cause of many health issues from heart disease to even cancer. !

    Bobby, please address the addition of 'fruit juice concentrate' in fruits. Is this natural or a way to hide a combination of questionable ingredients? Thanks for your videos!

    Love u Bobby. Keep up the great work. These companies need to be exposed. Its all about the money and not our people . Call them out, I'm in board. U can make a difference.

    2 months ago I started eating clean food you recommend and I feel great! I never thought eating clean could also be tasty (and a bit expensive ngl)
    If I happen to eat junk food I feel horrible, my body feels heavy, sleepy and I get hungry in less than 2 hours after eating it. The food we eat now a days is literal poison, thank you for taking time of your day to teach us everything about healthy eating.

      I just found Bobby a couple months ago and have been slowly working in some of the recommendations like monk fruit in my tea instead of sugar... whole family enjoys it. And another item... Mary's Gone Crackers super seed crackers. Filling and tasty. The Amy's brand frozen pizza is delicious, too. These types of items help me feel like I'm not missing anything and it's exciting! Doing better TASTES better 🙂

    Question:
    Do you feel healthier today than when you were growing up? You grew up on a lot of bad foods and I'm curious to know how different from those days you feel, now that you have changed your diet drastically. Loooove your videos!! Loove your app!! Thanks for your good work :)

      Dude flutters around like a humming bird who got a couple dopamine and serotonin shots, especially at his age, mental clarity and positive outlook seem evident, I'd say he feels way better now. Just my 2 cents incase you get no response from him ☺️
