Cool that Walmart is selling some healthier products. One suggestion, When you do these type of videos, could you put a list of the products in the description box? I'm blind and sometimes I’m not sure what the name of the product you are talking about. Thanks for all the informative videos.

      Hope this helps:
Bean Vivo organics: Baja Black Beans, Coconut Curry Chickpeas or Smokey Bbq Beans and other flavors too
Mac & Cheese: Jovial organic brown rice Mac and cheese and gluten free compared to Annie’s with white rice pasta
Crackers / top Bobby favorite for nutrient dense/complex grains: Mary’s Everything Crackers or Mary’s Classic Crackers. Avoid Mary’s super thin crackers because of palm oil and cane sugar
Simple Mills brand: Simple Mills organic almond flour pancake mix & Simple Mills organic almond flour chocolate chip cookies (same aisle)
Pizza not technically Bobby approved but better for you options: Banza Pizza made of chickpeas labeled “Margherita” & Against the Grain Pizza labeled “nut free pesto”
Bread: lightest bread called Zero carb bread made with avocado oil; heaviest bread Ezekiel bread
Great for sandwich bread or in place of: Outer Aisle grain free rounds made with 63% cauliflower
Cereal/Thrive Market: Seven Sundays oat protein cereal with honey (Bobby made product); Thrive Market Coconut Flakes both cereals eaten with Kiki Milk plant based all cereal and milk items found on Thrive Market
      Asian Aisle:
Soy Sauce alternative: Nutiva Coconut Secret brand item name Coconut Aminos is a paleo soy free alternative to soy sauce made from coconut tree sap; Bobby recommends trying the teriyaki version of this if sold at Walmart
Sriracha Sauce: Sky Valley Sriracha sauce
Hipster shelf aka super foods bake or smoothie blends: by Natures Earthly Choice: Great Day Goji Cacao Super Food Blend or Açaí Powder (can bake with or throw into smoothies)
The Bomb Company: The OG Blender Bomb pink bag and other flavors for smoothie blends

Great point, he has a right to capitalize and it’s not dirty of him to do so. First off we’re in America and God Bless the fact we have a capitalist country to pursue our dreams and goals. He’s offering an important service not only calling out food brands that lie and deceive customers but also informing us. Now I’m not an anti gluten kind of person, I still love easy crap food which means I absolutely will always pick the better or less inflammatory, gut enraging products over the ones that will punish. I have lupus sle, I don’t feel good and even on meds I still flare up horribly which includes swelling legs/edema, stiff joints, random infections, swollen lymph nodes, etc. and some days after work it’s all I can do to even eat let alone cook a healthy meal which requires cutting up veggies, effort plus I have my high energy dogs to care for so as much as I’d love to be eating a perfectly balanced meal getting by is good enough and he does a great job listing out products that are much less harmful and sometimes offer additional benefits

I love watching his videos... my mom started reading labels way before it was essential like it is now. I can't believe what some of these companies are putting into food, chemicals, etc! They all should be put out of business, or start using better ingredients, because people are smarter now when it comes to shopping. We the people have the final say so as to what we want, and the power to boycott too!

    • @CreationForeverMinistries
      @CreationForeverMinistries Місяць тому +1

Sadly, the reason why all these companies are putting these sneaky artificial ingredients/chemicals is that big pharma knows that people want to go convenience shopping and as a result of convenience, people won't read the ingredients & nutrition facts and just go by the label/health buzz words and then fall for big pharma's tricks. We can simply read the ingredients/nutrition facts before getting something if you want something healthy that is also outside of the produce isle. Shopping time will only be 20% longer but it's best to start the shopping earlier so this way you can take your time and not have to be in a rush.

I only buy from my Walmart Neighborhood market, and my budget varies from $50 to $85 a week. And that includes lean turkey, chicken breast, and tilapia. Plenty of veggies too. If you really want to lose weight, eat healthier, and SAVE MONEY, buy the ingredients and cook for yourself. If you are pressed for time, you only need to cook one meal a day -- everyone has time for that.

You tell all the bad chemicals etc. in foods but healthy does not mean healthy when it does not include sodium amounts. A lot of foods you show are very high sodium and for people on low sodium diets due to heart attacks and severe edema this is very important.

I also wanted to say thankyou for researching and finding products that we can try that have better ingredients, to fit our keto or whatever healthy plan we are on. Thats the hardest thing when I started was finding foods that didnt have alot of bad ingredients. I try to mainly do fresh and home-made,but good to have choices.I did try a new Bread, called Hero they have seeded and plain. Seeded is delicious and a soft bread.Keto approved and no Maltodexitrin. I found it at Publix here in Florida. They were doing BOGO. Thanks again for all your help.☀️🍞👍

I love your videos. They are huge when someone wants to know what is good. Wish you would do one on healthy low anti inflammatory foods for people with arthritis. Keep up the good work for us.

I think he kinda mentions it in almost all, if not all his videos. Stay away from inflammatory oils. Good oils are olive, coconut and avacado. So if you read ingredients put back the items loaded with the other oils. Also anything high in sugar, especially fructose corn syrup, stay away. That's a huge start.

I found your videos a couple of years ago now when I was looking to help my mother with her diet, who was then in her 60s, and suffering from inflammation in her body. Her inflammation has calmed but now is living with frontal lobe dementia. I have since been making major changes to eliminate seed oils, sugars and other health deteriorating foods out of my families diets. Watching her go through this has made me want to take control of my life now in my early 40s. Never too late to start. Thank you for all you do! Making wise life changing choices, with the help of your channel!!
