They're not very good as tortillas but if you warm them in a pan with a little bit of healthy oil they get so hard that you can cut them in pieces and use them as chips for hummus better than the cassava chips that don't have much taste, but for chips the best option is probably to buy organic corn tortillas from the tortilla factory and fry them yourself with Avocado oil because unfortunately all the organic corn chips have some of the evil oils, I like to eat healthy but some of the healthy keto or paleo options are yakki, sprouted breads are a good option if you're not all into keto but finding a better option for chips not easy, but my suggestions are pretty good, maybe someone will start making organic corn doritos with Avocado oil so it can be Bobby Aproved lol.

Dr. Axe multi collagen is what I would say is the very best, because it has I think five types of collagen in it that do different things for your body. Perfect Supplements and Vital Proteins are other good brands, but they only have the one type. Another tip, is to always put your collagen into a hot beverage. If you really are sensitive to the way it tastes, you're going to want to put it in your hot tea. I suggest mixing it with Silk organic almond cashew milk, best tasting nut milk I've ever found and I just found it at the grocery store.
This was ah-mazing! (Of course!)😊 I was puzzled last week at Publix trying to figure out what soft tortilla to buy that would be"Bobby approved"and just gave up. 😑 I must say though. I buy the La Tortilla Factory corn/wheat tortillas. The combo makes a nice texture for the tortillas and they taste great. I used to live in the home town of the La Tortilla business, which has long been known for quality products. My current city’s Whole Foods tends to run out of the corn/wheat version, so I order 6 packs at a time directly from La Tortilla and put them in the freezer at home.
I didn’t see you mentioning about El Milagro corn tortillas. Ingredients are clean (corn, water, and lime) on those, but doesn’t say Non GMO on the packaging. What are your thoughts? Plus, I can’t find them in Colorado so I’d have to order them through Amazon. 😩

Now I know exactly what to look for & will be going out to some different food stores today! Thanks Bobby!
Siete has a CASHEW Tortilla that has great flavor! It is at our Whole Foods only, our other health food stores have the 3 you have shown in this video. The Cashew is so good, but is also $7.95 per pack. I forgot and left one in my toaster oven on the oven grate and it made it hard like a chip, firm, and made a great tostada (flat taco in essence). So good. You could definitely hang over the grate and form your own crispy taco too.
You can also make tortilla chips yourself at home. I only recently learned this lol. You just spread some healthy cooking oil on some soft shells, cut them into pieces and put them in the oven for a few minutes. I learned that from the youtube channel Laura In The Kitchen. She does cooking videos and makes everything look super easy.
Would love to see a video for your smoothies. Are they always the same or do you use different ingredients? We're going to check out your sponsor mentioned today. 👍

I got a Keto question for you. In calculating NET carbs, I understand to take the number of carbs, then subtract the dietary carbs to get TOTAL carbs. So why not add some fiber to raise the TOTAL, (or lower). Like, if I wanted to add fiber, I could just add some meat or something with mostly fiber to the meal. Maybe, if I have pasta at dinner, I could add carrot or celery sticks to the meal.
Wow, just watched your video before going to Walmart and got the On The Border tortilla chips. I have been buying the unhealthy brands. Thanks so much for the valuable information!

Irene C that’s what I was thinking. I was waiting to see it in the whole video. Coming from a Mexican family that’s what my family always eats and seeing other Mexican families, I always see them going with El Milagro too.

Really, I am Mexican as well and for me is odd to hear a gringo talking about tortillas . I born with a tortilla in my hand basically and the tortilla one the basic food in The Mexican diet. For me the best tortillas are the one for la tortillera. I am from Monterrey NL arriba el norte 🤠🤠

Maybe, if I have pasta at dinner, I could add carrot or celery sticks to the meal.
Wow, just watched your video before going to Walmart and got the On The Border tortilla chips. I have been buying the unhealthy brands. Thanks so much for the valuable information!
I am learning so much on this site. I always just looked at the fat, carbs, calories and basic oils. There is so much more to the ingredients list. Awesome Video!!!!
Wait where is the one in the cover “milagro”
Irene C that’s what I was thinking. I was waiting to see it in the whole video. Coming from a Mexican family that’s what my family always eats and seeing other Mexican families, I always see them going with El Milagro too.
He said in another comment that the problem with Milagro is that they’re not Non-GMO
They are actually now nongmo verified!:)
I love corn tortillas, would be nice to know what kind are the best
All el milagro corn is now Non Gmo, those are my go to tortillas, tostadas and totopos 😄
Organic blue corn Tostitos use Organic expeller pressed oils too.
Love you bobby you're the best! 💖👏👏👏 Thank you for another informative video!
All he informs us how EXPEÑSIVE HIS CHOICES ARE
Charras tostadas bakes natural, ingredients: white corn flour, iodized salt, and calcium hydroxide. Not sure how much better it is. You can find it on amazon or
As a mexican, I found this video very interesting!
Do you have a video about deodorants and essential oils?
Really, I am Mexican as well and for me is odd to hear a gringo talking about tortillas . I born with a tortilla in my hand basically and the tortilla one the basic food in The Mexican diet. For me the best tortillas are the one for la tortillera. I am from Monterrey NL arriba el norte 🤠🤠
For deodorants, essential oils, and anything else skincare you should check out Dr. Dray here on youtube. She's a board certified derm, great sense of humor but also very no-nonsense, and educates about skincare products just like Bobby does with food :) ua-cam.com/channels/nxmUrGMtpQT844Yd_l7Zyg.html
@@barbaracampos4264 the difference is the tortillas here in the US differ from the natural grains in Mexico. Even then, Mexico still adds shitty ingredients go their tortillas.
Thank you for this review, I would need to check if we have them in the UK🇬🇧🤔
"Homie don't play that" 😂😂😂I haven't heard that line in a while. Thanks for this because I usually buy the mission one but not anymore.
eggy1225 Bobby’s dad lingo is golden. I started saying some of his “all thriller no filler” stuff myself 😭
eggy1225 In Living Color was hilarious.
@@suren123a at least i am a dad now, not like beofre when I was saying it ;)
Bobby, remembers. In Living Color! Gen X rules! I also loved your Sideways reference in the other video. I love that movie.
I use to buy mission tortillas not any more i learned to make homemade easy and so much better.
I like the sprouted Ezekiel tortillas... they are great sprouted....
So much amazing info! I wish you did Trader Joe’s too because there are just more of them and Whole Foods is so far away.
I was at Trader Joe's and I found a cereal with no sugar. It was Trader Joes version of Shredded Wheat
Very helpful....I read ingredients... so few tortillas I can buy...
I went out to the grocery store to grab tortillas for Sunday nachos
It’s been 5 days and still stuck at the tortilla isle reading labels
🤣😂🤣
Lol 🤣😂🤣😂🤣🤣
I don't do any special diets, but really appreciate the information you put out there to help people make better food choice. Thank you Sir.
damn you Bobby I cant go shopping like a regular person anymore im staring at ingrediant labels all the time now
curious on the masa, organic doesn't exist as far as I know and it needs to be?
Simply Organic Tostitos Blue Chips are great ingredients and found at Walmart & Target. They come in Yellow Corn too, I buy the Yellow Chips at Target and a local chain ~ but not found at Walmart yet. They also offer a Ruffle's style potato chip. All Expeller Pressed Oils and all Organic. Mainstream companies are starting to get it??? Feeling the heat of loosing business maybe?
The siete tortillas are 17g for TWO tortillas. So if you just want one 7g net carbs per tortillas. I've been eating them and just had my check up with my doctor. He said my A1C was amazing at 5.2, so I would say eating them in moderation is okay. Plus, wheat really seems to bloat me out and Im pretty sure I'm am an undiagnosed Celiac so, I love the pure ingredients of the Siete tortillas.
Looks like I'm stuck with Walmart. No Whole Foods in my area.
