I have literally stopped myself in the middle of a reply comment or comment to a video and decided it wasn't going to be helpful and erased. I've gotten into mild back and forth with other commentators and fazed out because I've realized we were trying to change each other's mind and it's ok to have different opinions.
I don’t like it when you don’t have any social media except UA-cam and people make you feel as though you’re missing out on something. This might sound selfish but I really don’t care how strangers are living there lives. As long as your doing your best and not hurting anybody that’s really all I care about

You’re putting this information out for everyone to see and anyone that’s your friend on social media is going to see it. One girl even created an ENTIRE narrative of how, when, and why I deleted/blocked her-- "we got into it". We didn't, but she tried her best to convince *ME* , otherwise...after spreading that false narrative around for years! Whew! Social media has completely altered some people's reality! If there is 1 grammar peeve which gets me is using the apostrophe as a plural or vice versa. Eg., family's instead of families. Then there is the youtuber who starts a channel with their significant other then when things run amok they leave me hanging. By then I've been so invested. Or those youtubers who give the negative Nancys a lot more energy than their positive Pollys. Or youtubers who have not evolved their content. UA-camrs who post private, intimate content about their children with no consent

My pet peeves are my mother in law tagging me on the most unflattering pictures of myself(if any), my father in law posting mine and my husband’s business when we had a situation with our daughter, my in-laws relative(or so I thought) constantly commenting on everything I post! I don’t post much by the way. If I deleted everyone annoying on Facebook I’d have like 5 friends/family no lie! I often take whole week or month breaks from it just to keep my sanity. I have thought about deleting all of it but I keep it to stay in touch with the family and friends that I can’t see often.

Finding out my photos were being used in Russia and Photoshopped 3. People who were friends of “friends” asking me for buddy passes 4. Getting POKED 5. Discouraging direct messages from past associates while I was trying to get myself together spiritually 6. People who got upset because I unfriended them because of the vulgar content they were posting on MY page.

I got a friend who became a stepmom to two children and when she be talkin to me about these kids I'll be looking at her like she's crazy because this dummy then bought the two kids in her home and she don't have one child he made outside children but won't have children with her and don't want her to go to the doctor to find out why she can't have kids

You know, I used to think the same thing about people announcing their departure. I didn't think *that* deeply about it, just a passing, "Why did that need to be announced? Just leave." Then, 7 years ago, I just left. Since then, people I only went to school with for 4 years, who weren't or barely were my acquaintances have been throwing differing versions of "Ya girl deleted/blocked me!". One girl even created an ENTIRE narrative of how, when, and why I deleted/blocked her-- "we got into it". We didn't, but she tried her best to convince *ME* , otherwise...after spreading that false narrative around for years! Whew! Social media has completely altered some people's reality! It's...disturbing, beyond belief! 🤦🏽♀️

Knew a girl made an urgent frantic prayer request on Facebook and then posted a hour later like “dang y’all I keep getting calls asking if I’m all right, can we normalize prayer requests and everything still be alright?” It’s like 🗣girlll no because we thought it was an emergency they way you acted.

If there is 1 grammar peeve which gets me is using the apostrophe as a plural or vice versa. Eg., family's instead of families. Then there is the youtuber who starts a channel with their significant other then when things run amok they leave me hanging. By then I've been so invested. Or those youtubers who give the negative Nancys a lot more energy than their positive Pollys. Or youtubers who have not evolved their content. UA-camrs who post private, intimate content about their children with no consent

My pet peeves are my mother in law tagging me on the most unflattering pictures of myself(if any), my father in law posting mine and my husband’s business when we had a situation with our daughter, my in-laws relative(or so I thought) constantly commenting on everything I post! I don’t post much by the way. If I deleted everyone annoying on Facebook I’d have like 5 friends/family no lie! I often take whole week or month breaks from it just to keep my sanity. I have thought about deleting all of it but I keep it to stay in touch with the family and friends that I can’t see often.

Before leaving (after 11 years) Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat back in early 2019, my biggest pet peeves were:
1. People using my page for their political arguments
2. Finding out my photos were being used in Russia and Photoshopped
3. People who were friends of “friends” asking me for buddy passes
4. Getting POKED
5. Discouraging direct messages from past associates while I was trying to get myself together spiritually
6. People who got upset because I unfriended them because of the vulgar content they were posting on MY page.
I'm at the point I don't even like to get on FB anymore, so many fake lives and people wanting attention and sympathy.

My "favorite" thing on SM is when people post all of their domestic issues in novella and video form and then say people are in their business - trust I am reading the whole soap opera and I'm seeing when the people closest to you say, "hey, take this post down" and us cussed them up and down the street and follow up with a post about how you're blocking all negativity, family or not... and 6 months (or 2 years) Later you either 1. Take him back or 2. Post how you can't believe you were so foolish to air your dirty laundry... but did you apologize, baby? We remember from the beginning! 🤣

People who confronted you after you said you were busy later that day and they saw you on someone's instastory then had THE NERVE to text you and be like "Ummmm you said you were busy but I saw you on X's story hanging out?"
