Sir im on a budget i dont think i can spend money on proteins. Whey protein cost 6000rs for 5lbs. 250grm chicken breast costs 100rs . Will that be sufficient if i eat 250 gm chicken breast daily .My height is 5ft11inch and i weigh 78kgs. Thank you sir for posting such great videos
hitesh rao Get Ultimate Nutrition Whey .. in Mumbai it costs only Rs. 4800/ - for 5lbs max it would go around Rs. 5000/ - depending upon what store/place you are buying from + Ultimate Nutrition whey has 80 scoops with 25 gs of protein per scoop which is a mind blowing deal.
and yes 250 grams of chicken in supermarket costs that much . but i get it locally from a good trusted place .. which costs me only 160 for 500 grams of chicken ..
i adjust everything .. i only take one scoop of whey protein post workout which saves money .. do the math ..for example if you workout 3 times a week which makes it 3 scoops a week.. for a month 12 scoops of whey .. so that will last you for almost 7 months with 80 scoops avail in the 5 lbs box..
so : 4800 divided by 7 = 686 rs per month. (post workout recover for only 686 rs per month !)
and i have chicken 2 times a week which is 160 + 160 = 320 x4(a month) =1280 (+ 686 for whey = 1966)
1966 = cant get any cheaper than this .. even i am on a tight budget and this works for me .. rest of the days i eat beans and sprouts and eggs.. at max it wud go around 2000/2500 rs per month .. even with a job of basic pay 9/10 k rs in india .. you would easily be able manage it ..
use egg whites
hitesh rao , chicken is an excellent option.. it is far more better than any protein powder as it is natural.. giving pure protein

I eat 150-200g rice in lunch with 4 eggs and peanuts to make a powerful lunch.
For skinny i would say atleast start eating doesn’t matter if your eating less.
