      For vegetarians it is little bit difficult to have something that doesn't have carbs. Ideal choice for vegetarians is vegetables and soy. Vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli, spinach. Eat tons of it. These veggies are relatively high in protein and has very little carbs. For protein you are taking whey isolate anyway but still taking soy milk or tempeh would be good to complete protein requirement on low carb diet.
