    Not only do you know what you speak of, but have the results to show it. A lot of these other people are big and look bloated, but you look strong and powerful not like you just take a bunch of supplements and/or creatine. You have earned a subscriber!

    here's a few ideas for weight reduction at home
    Ensure you drink plenty of water - I suggest 8 cups each day.
    Set a max amount of chips candy sodas you have each day.
    Cut down eating between meals or have fruit or vegatables.
    Record what you eat and refer back to it to see how you can cut down.
    (I discovered these and the reasons they work on Lakan food tactic website )

    Guru Sir,
    indian here in australia...student.
    Yeh 6 meals a day plan mere liye costly hai as i have to pay rent and work more and also pay the uni fees and for food.
    Ap is case mei mujhe kya suggest karenge karne ke liye because meri body skinny fat hai and the best i can buy is eggs, bread, supplements and protein mai already friend ke saath mil ke buy kar liya hai, oats and occasional chicken and beans.
    Please if you read this can you help me get more knowledge and become a better version of myself.

      @@dharmendrevishwari3540 Yess you can. Both have same protein content. Paneer is veg food and chicken is non veg food that is the only difference otherwise macros are same. So you can use it
