    Guru bhai.. Egg ke badle me utne hi protein k liye vegetarians kya kha sakte he aur kitna khana padega.. Please ispe video bana do.. Aur ek egg me protein he carb kitna he aur Kya he ye jankari bhi dijie aur eggs aur chicken ka alternat option bhi bataie..
