I tried the banana beet smoothie. I used water instead of milk and plain curd instead of Greek yogurt. It was really tasty. I never thought I would enjoy having beetroot.

My own recipe: ORANGE DRAMA
1/4(quarter) or a few teaspoons of lemon, depending on preference to how sour over sweet you like it, but worthy of adding nonetheless
2/3 strawberries
5 blueberries
1 big juicy orange pepper
Half or full glass of water
This makes one glass so ration how you please, it's full of tasty goodness. I checked and I'm now the first orange drama to lose her smoothie virginity, proud owner of this recipe.

these smoothies saved my live. I replaced unhealthy drinks and snacks with smoothies every time i felt like eating something bad for me, and because things like blue berries and strawberries are very expensive i quickly learned not to crave unhealthy snacks and drinks!
These smoothie’s saved me I needed to lose weight and wow how they have helped me is so great I now have energy a size 10 from being a size 14 i was so gluggish no energy but now I love smoothie’s and don’t want to go back to eating cake’s biscuits or lollies i have turned my life around to something better 😅

As a fussy eater who has tried a lot. I might just have to try smoothies in the summer as I am out of options. This video will definitely be one I come back to in a few months, just need to sort out my current situation and get a blender
The top part of the blender can be disassembled for cleaning, it should be cleaned thoroughly to prevent mould.

I usually use Splenda sweetner if I don't have honey on hand, and 2 % milk and mix frozen fruit. and peanut butter for added protein. to my banana shake and milk. I haven't tried Almond but love my Blue berry shake. 😊

You could replace coffee with other things like water,green tea (what I use in a lot of things),plant based milk ECT.

None of them are specifically for weight loss except all you have in a day is 2 cups of these, also we shouldn't use any citrus with milk it causes excess mucus formation.
also don't drink acid in morning

Great video, recipes look very delicious to try, but not particularly useful for weight loss, due to high carb content in all of them, which contributes to weight gain, especially for people who aren't in any kind of fitness plan to burn off the calories consumed from the smoothies. Most of these I cant have due to ibs and acid reflux ecf but great recipes
I rarely comment on pages but I struggle with IBS as well, so I want to help. What has worked wonders for me is a Higher Fiber Diet + Probiotics, and ditching Red Meats. Go to your local health food store, grab a refrigerated 1 Billion + Probiotic Capsule bottle . Don't get the gummies, or anything that isn't refrigerated when it comes to Probiotics. High Fiber like Quinoa + Brown Rice (They have a 2 pack from Minute rice that you can throw in the microwave and is done in literally 1 minute). Multi Grain breads, no white breads, Bananas, Apples, Granola, Almonds and Cashews are also good, hummus etc. Ditch red meats and replace with turkey (Turkey burger can be badass) eggs, chicken. Red meat is very difficult for your body to digest. Takes about 4-5 hours. Teas, especially Green Tea is great for digestion, and a variety of other things. Oh and also WATER!!! They have online calculators on how much water you should be drinking, for me I need around 115 - 120 Fl Oz per day. Go get yourself a half gallon water container and bring it everywhere!
I know IBS differs a lot between people and what they eat. But I just wanted to help because I know how bad it can suck. I rarely deal with it now (Pain associated with it, constant or lack of bathroom trips). I have consistent bowel movements now, and little to no pain which might be TMI but with IBS that is a victory and i'm not embarrassed to say it. If this doesn't work for you, experiment with different diets. There is a diet out there that WILL work for you. Hope this helps!

In most of the recipes you are adding milk n yoghurt...combination of these two ingredients together in a dish is a disaster according to Ayurveda, which negatively affect the health.
