4G63 Galant, DSM, EVO 123, RVR water pump pulley tip / trick / hack.

This tip makes it so much quicker and easier to reinstall the pullies on a 4g63 water pump.
Typically the pullies spin, mis align, fall off and just drives you nuts!
Spend an extra 1 minute to cut a bolt and it'll keep you sane.
