My body is adapting quickly though which it always does. Thanks a million for all the hard work and free workouts. ❤️

Hiya, if done correctly no. Focus on form, keep your chest up, Lats engaged (no rolling shoulders forward) and don’t over extend at the top of the movement. Try to squeeze your glutes and maintain a neutral spine. If you do get pain you could have muscle tightness or weakness around the area.
