    I’ll be doing this today, for sure! It looks like a sweaty one! I’ve had a headache all day and what I took didn’t work, so a long or super strenuous workout isn’t going to happen and I can take this at my own pace!

    I was doing these workouts faithfully: and then I stopped. Getting back into the workouts after a year is torturous. Yet, I love & appreciation them. What I REALLY love are the 16 minute workouts consisting of two rounds. 4 rounds was a psychological mindf*+%! Maybe the 16 minutes of two rounds aren’t new and I am just late to the game. My body is adapting quickly though which it always does. Thanks a million for all the hard work and free workouts. ❤️

    I needed up not be able to do this the day you posted it, but I did it today it’s a really good workout! Got sweaty and burned over a 100 calories in that short period!

    Is the dumbbell swing hard on the lower back?

      Hiya, if done correctly no. Focus on form, keep your chest up, Lats engaged (no rolling shoulders forward) and don’t over extend at the top of the movement. Try to squeeze your glutes and maintain a neutral spine. If you do get pain you could have muscle tightness or weakness around the area.
