Right before this I was doing a regular laying down abs workout and I was really not enjoying it. Being on my back makes me lazy and always ends up giving me a headache. I am really excited to keep trying your weighted standing abs workouts! It’s really helpful when you give those small snippets on form because I think this first time around I struggled to feel it in my abs, but I hope to better my form next time!
I used to be a hardcore workout junkie.....but I got nerve compression and had to undergo spinal surgery. Nowadays a am recovering and doing ur no equipment workouts....I feel very nice and confident after doing your workout...I thought I won't be able to work out in my life.. Thanks a lot
That was the FASTEST 15 min workout ever! I loved every bit of it. Great transition from one exercise to the next. Love how it's simple yet intense. The little tips on posture that is just dropped here and there are SO HELPFUL! The time is perfect for me. Its not dreadful to do. I have only been doing mad fit videos for about a month, combing through what I like and what works for me. I am excited to do these workouts ( and I despise exercise) but these videos are fire. THANK YOU!
This standing abs workout was a bit tough or I am out of shape not exercising for 3 days. It was intense as I like them - I had drop down a size weight for the arm punches. Anything to flatten that inner tube of mine! Thanks Maddie!

I've been using videos targeted at older women (as well as going to a weekly class), and those are great. But I wanted to add in something a little more challenging, even though I'm almost 70, and yours are perfect for me. Feeling fitter and stronger than ever :)
I'm 58, list 42 lbs already this last year I have 140 left to lose. This was a great workout I was able to do it all with 5 lb dumbbells. Thanks for posting. I'll be doing this one a few days a week. I need to do these shorter workouts throughout the day because my adrenal fatigue

I sometimes go astray and take other peoples classes, but I always return to you and you never disappoint! I love your flow, accuracy and fitness level. At almost 50 I need to adjust here and there, but you leave great room for that since most of your exercises are stacked. Love it. Thank you
