    Now that seems doable for an old guy like me. A lot of the yoga videos online are just too acrobatic I could never do those poses

    I love this before sitting down at my desk to work. It is not 10 minutes as stated; it's about 25 minutes but worth every second. I have never taken or taught a class with so much wrist and hand work; will definitely take it into my practice and my classes. Thank you
